The fruit of the spirit is not available to unbelievers because they do not have the Spirit

So you dont think Jesus saves unbelievers ? You do realize everyone by nature is a unbeliever, so if unbelievers arent saved, nobody is saved.
No he saves believers
1 Corinthians 1:21 (KJV 1900) — 21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.

When a sinner is regenerated by the Spirit, it brings the fruit of the Spirit. It comes with the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit Titus 3:5
5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;
Then we believe/obey through the Spirit 1 Pet 1:22
22 Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:
Sorry unbelievers do not have the fruit of the spirit

and context shows it is believers who are in view, not unbelievers

PS unbelievers are not saved either
so Titus 3:5 does not apply to them

And justification is by faith
Galatians 3:24 (ESV) — 24 So then, the law was our guardian until Christ came, in order that we might be justified by faith.
so the order here is faith justification regeneration eternal life (salvation)
