PS only believers receive the Spirit and thus his fruits
One must be regenerated before they can believe, otherwise we are dead in sin, believing is an activity of Spiritual life, Faith its the fruit of the Spirit Gal 5:22

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

1 Jn 5:1 shows that believing in Jesus is the result of being born of God

Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him.

In the beginning Adam and Eve were generated. They had the LIFE of God. When sin came they died and now needed regenerated. Re means they were before generated. Being generated they didn't have to believe God for LIFE. They had it. You doctrine has it even though regenerated ;they had to believe God for something else. I've asked you what was that other thing then and it seems you don't give an answer. Fact is you don't think believing is necessary for anything. That's not the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Believing is absolutely necessary. Where I disagree with you free-willers is how one comes to believe. And, no, don't bore me with those absurd zap allegations.

It's not because of regeneration, for faith precedes being made ALIVE

John 20:31 (KJV 1900) — 31 But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.

John 6:53 (KJV 1900) — 53 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.

Galatians 5:22–26 (KJV 1900) — 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. 24 And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 26 Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.
