I am considered a Pentecostal

God did it before their water baptism for the Gentiles.

By the way, Acts 10 is in the Bible.
I know...

47 Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?

Fred???

48 And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord.

They were given the Holy Spirit first, which shows they are saved. Then they were water baptized.
In terms of being "given" the Holy Spirit, 1 John 4:13 does not agree with your false teaching.

I've read that Oneness Pentecostals teach that the Spirit of Jesus existed from all eternity because he is God Himself. However, the humanity of Jesus did not exist before the Incarnation, except as a plan in the mind of God. Therefore we can say that the Spirit of Jesus preexisted the Incarnation, but we cannot say the Son preexisted the Incarnation in any substantial sense.

What do you think?

The Bible teaches that Jesus, the son of Mary and the son of God lived prior to the creation of the Earth. All things were created by for and through him. God did it through him. Even speaking to the Jews, he said the son of man( Mary), was on earth while he was in heaven. This means That Jesus, the son of Mary, was eternal, and in temporary time, simultaneously.
The fact is, God transcends time and has always known his human son long before he was born of his mother.

Are you saying that Jesus was a man before He was born as a man 2000 years ago ?

Yes, he was even slain prior to the foundation of the world.

So Jesus was a man before the Incarnation?

So that makes the Trinity before there was a creation the following.

1- The Father who is Spirit
2- The Holy Spirit who is Spirit
3- The Son who is human and Spirit

Is that correct ?

Jesus was not a man/God, but a man with a God.

All things were created by, for and through Jesus, by God.

He was even born before any living thing reproduced.
