God The Holy Spirit

GINOLJC, to all.
if what you say is true, answer me this, Hebrews 1:10 "And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands:"

now this, Zechariah 12:1 "The burden of the word of the LORD for Israel, saith the LORD, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him."

Now Obadiah, "Who laid the Foundation of the earth, the LORD or the Lord, which one?". your answer please.

The Trinity is my answer.

  • One God:
    The Bible consistently emphasizes the oneness of God (Deuteronomy 6:4).
  • Three Persons:
    The Bible also refers to God the Father, Jesus Christ (the Son), and the Holy Spirit as distinct persons who are each divine.
  • Intertwined Roles:
    Passages show these three persons interacting with each other and with humanity, suggesting their distinct roles and unity (Matthew 28:19, 2 Corinthians 13:13).
In the creation narrative of Genesis 1:2, the Holy Spirit is described as hovering over the waters. This imagery is often compared to a bird brooding over its nest, suggesting a nurturing and active presence. The Spirit's hovering precedes the act of creation, indicating an involvement in the process and the preparation for what is to come

All three. It's three in one a trinity
ERROR, LISTEN and LEARN, Isaiah 44:24 "Thus saith the LORD, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the LORD that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself;"

Look up the word "ALONE"..... which puts an end to your trinity.... and that's scripture.

Yes the three in one God by himself. Two people can be alone, "by themselves"

Isaiah 44:24
Thus saith the Lord, thy Redeemer

These are the words of the Son of God, of Christ, the Redeemer of his people; and the following show him to be the mighty God, and so able to redeem them, and therefore was appointed to this work, and undertook it: and he that formed thee from the womb;
that formed thee in it, and brought thee out of it, separated thee from it, and called thee by his grace: I am the Lord that maketh all things;
that made all things out of nothing at first; for without Christ was not anything made that was made; all things in heaven, and earth, and sea, were made by him; and he continues all creatures in their being, and provides for them, and governs all by his power; he works hitherto, and continues working with his divine Father, ( John 1:1-3 ) ( 5:17 ) : that stretcheth forth the heavens alone, that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself;

not to the exclusion of the Father and the Holy Spirit, but of all creatures, angels and men; of himself, and by his own strength and power, and, without the help of these, he stretched out the vast space of the heavens as a curtain, and spread out the earth in its length and breadth, and the large surface of it, to that great circumference which it has; a full proof of his proper deity! A man cannot stretch out a curtain, or piece of tapestry, of any size, without the help of another; and much less can a creature stretch out the heavens and the earth.

O are you thinking? the term "Alone" means, having no one else present. do you understand? if you have two or three persons alone eliminate anyone else. and O, the second half of Isaiah 44:24 "that stretcheth forth the heavens alone, that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself" ..... O, the phrase "by myself", indicate one person, the scriptures eliminates God as three persons. please look up these befinitions.

It is clearly acceptable for 'alone' also to be applied to an isolated group.

John, Jill, Tom, Brenda and Fred alone had finished their essays.

A friend of mine came to me while I was drinking tea with another person. So two of us were drinking tea and a third person approaching us. The third person said: "You people came alone". His point was that we didn't call him for tea.

You are not alone as you talk about yourself in the third person.

Hi Nannette, thanks for the reply.
but God said he was "By Himself". and HIMSELF means, "used as the object of a verb or preposition to refer to a male person or animal previously mentioned as the subject of the clause". ONE PERSON", Nannette. and that ONE PERSON was Alone.

He was alone with the Son and the Holy Spirit. These three are one.
