You’ve been referring to the old Testament. The remission of sins comes from baptism in the name of Jesus Christ today. You can’t search all over scripture in the old Testament to try to find it.

How do you know that you’re even saved? What if you accidentally hear the gospel by browsing YouTube and you think for a little bit about it? Are you automatically saved by hearing the gospel without water baptism in the name of Jesus? Do you just have to concentrate harder to be saved? Do you have to get into deep thought or something like that?

Their mode of service though was different. Not thru NT churches. Not thru NT ordinances.. but Mosaic and Levitical laws.
The mode of service did not deliver eternally then.

Tom, do you think if they skip the process of the brazen altar and the brazen Laver in the Old Testament Tabernacle, They would’ve found remission of sins?
