Doctrine of Unconditional Election

Blindly repeating yourself does no one any good...

I know all this...
but since you what you are saying is that GOD, BEFORE anyone was created did NOT chose some for salvation. This implies HE was being biased against them, not loving them at all.
Im not blind, I see this and you dont,

Those whom God has chosen to Salvation, the Election of Grace, they in time will experience sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the Truth, by which they ar called 2 Thess 2:13-14

13 But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:

14 Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The Bible states that divine election is not based on man's decisions or actions, that God does not choose someone for salvation because of what this person will decide or perform. For he says to Moses, "I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion." So it depends not on human will or exertion, but on God who shows mercy….So then he has mercy on whomever he chooses, and he hardens the heart of whomever he chooses. (Romans 9:15-16, 18; NRSV)

Divine election is not based on a passive prescience, and divine prescience is not passive in the first place. God chooses a person because he wants to choose that person, and he knows who will believe the gospel because he knows whom he will cause to believe the gospel.

Election to Salvation is unconditional in that God chose His People in Christ before the foundation of the world Eph 1:4

4 According as he hath chosen us in him the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

Unto that end He willed a people who would be the body of that Christ, in whom the fulness of Jesus would come to manifestation. Unto that end He elected millions of elect, each of whom would occupy his own place in God's eternal temple and all together shewing forth the fulness of the glory of God in Jesus Christ, our Lord. Such was God's decree of election. He hath chosen us in Him “before the foundation of the world". The common interpretation of these words is well-known. The “ foundation of the world" refers, then, to the creation of the world, the moment when the world was founded. That God elected us before the foundation of the world simply means that God chose us before the world's founding, sometime in eternity. This interpretation emphasizes, we understand, the element of time. Our election is older than six thousand years. This interpretation purposed to emphasize, of course, the Divinely sovereign character of our election. Zion was already elected before anything had been called into existence. This fact, that we were chosen before our birth, yea before the beginning of the world, would therefore exclude any merit or activity on our part.

Once again, you show no ability to deal with scripture
Unconditional Election took place before the foundation of the world and it put people in Christ Eph 1:4

According as he hath chosen us[the elect] in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

This is the eternal phase of Salvation where nothing is in being except the will of the Sovereign Triune God !

The Elect were in Christ before the foundation, loved in Christ. God doesn't Love sinners outside of Christ. So you believe people are loved by God outside of Christ Jesus? Yes or No

Men are in Christ when they believe

Romans 16:7 (KJV 1900) — 7 Salute Andronicus and Junia, my kinsmen, and my fellowprisoners, who are of note among the apostles, who also were in Christ before me.
