Why was Noah not indicted

Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.
8 But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD. 9 These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.

Grace precedes describing Noah as just and perfect. It was unmerited favor. In other words, before grace, he was just as bad as the others.

Noah found Grace. But this still applied to him,
Grace Justifies the ungodly !
Gods indictment on mans nature following the Fall or sin of Adam Gen 6:5

And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

The word heart here is the hebrew word lēḇ:

inner man, mind, will, heart, understanding

  1. inner part, midst
    1. midst (of things)
    2. heart (of man)
    3. soul, heart (of man)
    4. mind, knowledge, thinking, reflection, memory
    5. inclination, resolution, determination (of will)
    6. conscience
    7. heart (of moral character)

Its only evil continually, there is no reprieve from being only evil.

This is taking in consideration mans good moral character as well, even then his heart is continually evil, his will.

Adam did have a sin nature, thats why he sinned when tempted, he and eve had the same nature. The only thing, Adam and Eve were innocent at first, also at that time they were not dead to God in fellowship, and they at that time had not become enslaved to sin, but that changed when they sinned, transgressed. Now man comes into the world dead to God[Spiritually] and enslaved to sin
So in your theology, Man is born with inherited SIN from Adam.

How is it that

Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.

Was he not born totally depraved?

Unlike all other men

Why did he alone find grace?

If you pay attention, I posted that Adam was created a sinner, just innocent, after he actually sinned, man became dead to God, and a slave to sin. Man disobeyed God in Adam Rom 5:12

12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

Everyone in Adam at that time sinned, and consequently death passed upon them all.

Yet I see implications to death being the wages of sin and not just a natural consequence of life which implies that all death, even in the womb, proves that the person was a sinner, proving that they could not have been created in the womb as innocents but had already chosen to be evil in GOD's sight (whether as part of HIS kingdom or as part of the evil one's retinue) before they are sown, not created, into this world: Matt 13:36-39.
Adam and Eve, we’re not judged until they sinned. They always had the potential of sinning though. There was a law they were commissioned to keep and they failed.

Yup - I SIN with the same human nature Adam was created with - just like you.

Not like me.
Wrong again.

Here is the reality for the Born Again.

"As JESUS is.....so are the born again, in THIS World".

See @Bob Carabbio .... You can't be 'in Christ", as "one with God" and have sin.

The born again are "made Righteous".

This does not ever change, its an eternal "imputed righteousness of Christ".

Unbelievers are "sinner".

The Born again are "the righteousness of God, in Christ".

Nope, Noah WAS purely HUMAN, and he feared God, and had FAITH in Him. And for Christians, if we confess our sin, Jesus is faithful and just to forgive and cleanse us.
I have news for you, he wasn't perfect, righteous in himself, he was perfect in Christ, his righteousness was in Christ, he was justified by Grace. But by nature he is described here Gen 6:5

5 And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

He was no better naturally speaking than them who perished in the flood for their wickedness, God just had chosen him in Christ before the foundation, and he found grace in Gods sight. God regenerated him and gave him a heart to fear Him, like He does all the elect, its a benefit of being in Christ and His Death for them.
