The Unitarian belief that Jesus is not God causes those who offer worship to the Father's Throne (where Jesus sits) to be guilty of idolatry.

Then you have proven Jesus is not God. Since a husband does not become his wife and vice versa, then Jesus did not become God.
There you go again misunderstanding what is posted. They are one flesh, not the same person

Likewise Father, son and Holy Spirit are the same deity but not the same person

You continue to fight what you do not understand

No trinitarian hold the son is the father

So what are the woke Presbyterians up to?
I can only answer up to 2007 or so when our half of the church split off.

From the mid-1990's , as was published in the Presbyterian layman ( free publication that all PCUSA members got... not sure about PC of America...
they had some gatherings as a group where they would hold sessions on Reimagining God.... and further those with talk about the Goddess Sophia and how she fit into things... and just what I would say was cultish thoughts...

But the worse... cause I would not go to them was how the church first started to embrace gay members... then they got into ordaining gays.. and acceptance of practicing ones at that. And when we were parting ways they were pushing for gay weddings....

I am sure by now they are into the Tran acceptance of things.

When we parted, by congregational vote, there were less then 1/4 of the membership who voted to stay.

Since then they had to close their church... ( WE bought back the building... long story... a couple years ago...) because they only had 3 members remaining.

Believe as you will. Of course I do not belie the Holy Spirit is an it.

The fact are that I posted from "your" bible read the same as mine. You just cannot see it.

Would it be sacrilegious to you to actually read the King James Version.? I do not like KJV but most all are familiar with it to not question
(except me) things there.
The KJV is my default Bible. I like the KJV, generally speaking, but I am an honest scholar. It has errors. A lot of Bibles have a lot of errors.
Please post the verses that say the Holy Spirit is a thing from KJV. I am begging on bended knee.
Here's one:

Romans 8
16The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
26Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

Thank you for the information

No? Then what nature does God possess if not God Nature?
God has a nature, God isn't a nature. Does that make sense to you?

Nobody "attains" God Nature. We don't believe in apotheosis. That's a strawman on your part. Again, that shows us all how little you understand Trinitarianism.
People can attain the divine nature according to Scripture. They can partake in what they were previously not. I understand Trinitarianism. I hope you weren't under the impression I am here to help you help others understand Trinitarianism or coddle your beliefs. I am not here for that. Your beliefs are flat out wrong.

2 Peter 1
4Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
I know the Father as a person. I know the Son as a person I know the Holy Spirit as a person What am I missing out on?
Father and Holy Spirit... same names for the same person.

Boy... what a twist on words.

Im not buying this... I need no more bibles... but this might prove to be intereasting, though you are not into OT so maybe not.

The way you quote and defend GWT, it is most certainly yours. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
Hey I found another Bible for you to put in your burn pile. The KJV calls the Spirit an it. lol

Romans 8
16The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
26Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

And about a dozen Bibles call the Word and it in 1 John 1:1-3. You and your people are going to have to start another crusade or inquisition at this point with all of these "heresies" popping up in Scripture.

Yep. You reject Jesus Christ. He is who I'm promoting. Not you.
Off the cuff question...

IF the Holy Spirit and The Father are one in the same....as Runningman just said....

And the Holy Spirit got Mary with child . And said child grew up to be Jesus.

Then If ... just thinking out loud... God were a king, that would make Jesus a prince and therefore still royalty.

Since God is deity, then would not his son also be deity??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????/

2Co 10:12 For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.

They always judge God by themselves.......

He doesn't understand what it actually be a father. If he did, he would makes such silly comments. Evil men judge themselves greater than their sons.
