The Issue of Limited Atonement

No they dont, they teach limited atonement.
Well yea they do, Jesus did die for the whole world. It's in the bible, John 3:16

Atonement: The atonement is the work Christ did in his life and death to earn our salvation (Grudem, Systematic Theology, 569).

The death of Jesus was designed to make salvation possible for everyone, but it did not actually secure or guarantee the salvation of anyone. Sinful man determines whether or not Christ’s work will be effective by choosing to exercise his faith in Jesus.

Limited atonement is false.

Choosing to believe in Jesus is a dishonoring statement? That is a accusation against the character of God.

8 The Lord is gracious and full of compassion, slow to anger and abounding in mercy and loving-kindness.
9 The Lord is good to all, and His tender mercies are over all His works [the entirety of things created].

For You, O Lord, are good, and ready to forgive [our trespasses, sending them away, letting them go completely and forever]; and You are abundant in mercy and loving-kindness to all those who call upon You.
Ps 86:5.

This verse declares God’s forgiveness and goodness. It highlights His abounding love towards those who call upon Him. It encourages believers to seek the forgiveness and love of God, knowing that He is ready to offer it abundantly.

Not because it's biblical. Limited atonement is hermeneutically insupportable. The Bible Tells us in
John 3:16–17 that “God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son. . . . God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.” The Greek word kosmos, translated “the world,” covers the inhabitants of the entire earth.

Romans 8:28 (KJV) And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to [his] purpose.

John 3:16 (KJV) For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Jesus died for them that love God, for whosoever believeth in Him.
