It doesnt say unbelief specifically, but its included in iniquity, He redeems from all iniquity, meaning to include unbelief or disobedience.unbelievers are condemned not redeemed
As states you read your theology into scripture
nowhere do we read of the redemption of those in unbelief
John 3:18 (KJV 1900) — 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
Titus 2:14
14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
