He that believes and is not water baptised is saved

No It's not reasonable. How would you expect me to know something like that ? Think about it, its not reasonable
The easiest thing to reason with is the be baptized in the name of the Lord per Peter’s command per Acts 10.
Unless you think you are a higher level than Cornelius?

Key points:

In NT times, believers were baptized almost straight away after belief on Jesus Christ. So you will find baptism in water in close relation to belief in scripture. The baptism wasn't conditioned on salvation, but almost all were baptized very soon after belief.

Next thing.. is the few verses that have baptism and belief in there alongside...need to be put alongside multitudes of verses without water baptism but are about receiving eternal life.

Lastly.. the work of the Holy Spirit on a whole group of believers as a local church is not the same as an individual. Corporate vs individual work of the HS changes context.
It would be really smart to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, whether you think it remits sins or not.
Better to be safe than sorry.

If you believe in baptismal regeneration as far as salvation goes that's pretty much a sorry as you can get.

You're familiar with them are you? I know they have a lot of different offshoots that just change things around a little bit.
All of the major and minor denominations omit obedience to Acts 2:38, with very few exceptions.
Acts 2:38 adherents are an exclusive group, being directly connected to the 3000 at Pentecost.
It is an honor to be called into this group of saints.

Thank you for your unsolicited advice but I've already been baptized the right way. Not the fable that you adhere to. That false doctrine of baptismal regeneration. Oh no I can't go for that.

You know what church does that? International Church of Christ an shoot of the LDS. They are recognised worldwide for its harmful discipling practices and mind control techniques.
Its interesting that you bring up the LDS church. I recently read some statements by Mormons that sound very similar to the baptismal regeneration crowd. For example:

"The sectarian doctrine of justification by faith alone has exercised an influence for evil since the early days of Christianity."
Talmage's Articles of Faith, p.120

"Redemption from personal sins can only be obtained through obedience to the requirements of the Gospel (Mormon Ceremonies) and a life of good works." Book of Mormon Alma 42:23

"The Mormon church pronounce damnation upon Christian believers who receive baptism from the hands of Christian ministers. "Any person who shall be so wicked as to receive a holy ordinance of the Gospel from the ministers of these apostate (Christian) churches, will be sent down to hell with them unless he repents of the unholy and impious act." The Seer. Vols. 1 & 2, p. 255

Very similar to what we've been hearing from our Church of Christ people here on this forum.
The hope is that you will sleep with Acts 2:38 on your mind.
Its obvious, Truther, that you sleep with that verse on your mind. As if that wasn't enough bondage, it stays in your mind all day long too.

Oh yeah! Acts 2:38 is my ticket to the 1st resurrection.
It is my birthright.
It alone qualifies me as a saint.

The rest of us, who disagree with you, are also an exclusive group. We are directly connected to Jesus. We are called the body of Christ. Maybe you've heard of us.

That's what I was digging for, thank you. See that's the dead giveaway. You give yourself up with that one. There's no doubt about it where you're coming from now. You drank the Kool-Aid didn't you?
