Justification is from everlasting because of the revealed chain of Salvation: Rom 8:29-30
29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

For whom He foreknew He also predestinated. . . . and whom He predestinated He also called, and whom He called He also justified, and whom He justified He also glorified, (verses 29 and 30). The viewpoint is not of what takes place in time, but of what is established already in the counsel of God’s will. The elect are not only foreknown and predestinated, but they are also called and justified and glorified in God’s eternal decree. Nothing can change that established fact.
