Calvinism makes man a new creation apart from Christ

@TomL

It does, but not of the natural man as you falsely declare, but the new regenerated man, or of the New Heart Ezk 36:26-27

26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.

27 And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.
Who receives that promise

Those who believe or those who do not believe?

You're asking the wrong questions, and you know it. Or if you don't know it, that's why your theology is so screwed up.
projecting again my questions get to the truth of the matter regarding who's theology is right and who's is wrong.

avoiding the answer tells the story.

Everything is a gift from God. What do you have that God didn't give you? What quality do you have that wasn't given to you by God?
Did you forget the topic

You stated Civic asked the wrong question

when he asked

"Does God put/place faith in the man just like God does with the Holy Spirit by giving them a new heart"

My response to you is sufficient. Now, answer my questions. What do you have that God didn't give you? What good quality do you have that wasn't given to you by God?

Ezek 36 says nothing about unbelievers receiving a new heart

Excuse me if i do not accept your claim but you did not answer it

My sin

And I'm not going to answer it. It's a typical troll question he uses to twist the answer into "God believed for you" or "God zapped belief into you". @civic is not interested in an intellectually honest discussion. And apparently neither are you.

Projecting which is why you dodged the question. You guys sure like to ask a bazillion questions but never return the favor.

What good quality do you have that wasn't given to you by God?
I have no problem acknowledging God gave us the good quality of giving us free will. You actually in this regard are resisting God's grace by insisting he can't do it. Perhaps Calvinists should just allow God to be God.

Free will is not a good quality. It is a neutral quality. What you do with your will depends on whether you serve God or the devil.

LOL

If faith is a gift as you argue

He either gave it to you and you accepted it (your theology rejects this)

Or he unilaterally infused it into you

And If faith is none of yourself someone else must be doing it for you

You just don't like the implications of your theological claims

Do you see anything in the passage that mentions unbelievers?

Show where

Unbelievers do not receive the Spirit

Galatians 3:2 (KJV 1900) — 2 This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

Galatians 3:5 (KJV 1900) — 5 He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

Galatians 3:14 (KJV 1900) — 14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

John 7:38 (ESV) — 38 Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’ ”
John 7:39 (ESV) — 39 Now this he said about the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were to receive, for as yet the Spirit had not been given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.

Ephesians 3:17 (ESV) — 17 so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith—that you, being rooted and grounded in love,
