ptolemy ii's corrupt septuagint
was the bible used,
before and during and after Christ was on earth,
regardless of modern finds
... and in it are mixed together What God said
And what esau corrupted by adding, removing, rearranging, editing....
read the Aristeas letter, quoted below just one small detail...
to learn about the translation of what became the septuagint and their admitted intent to alter and improve the words !!!! Here from page 21 (archive org pdf), of the Aristeas letter, this proposal submitted after buttering up the hebrews by freeing some of them to obtain sympathy.... (notes in red plus bolding mine.)
"To the great king [a statement submitted] by Demetrius. In 29 obedience to thy order, O king, concerning the books that are wanting to complete the library (of Alexandria), that these should be added to the collection, and that those which have been lost should be duly replaced, after making careful inquiry into these matters, I refer the following statement to thee.
"Certain books of the Jewish law with some few others are wanting; 30 for these are composed in Hebrew letters and in the Hebrew tongue, but have been interpreted somewhat carelessly (!!!!) and not according to their true meaning (how would heathens know? what???) , according to information supplied by the experts (not anyone sent by God!) , because they have not hitherto received the supervision of royalty." (pagan ptolemy ii!!!)
And how is that Pagan 'royalty' ptolemy ii equipped to even begin to understand what God said? Certainly not God informed ptolemy ii of squat, nor his pompous experts. Rather, Demetrius proceeds as if it makes perfect sense that mystery babylon determine what God really said!
