Who a book is written to according to your assumption does nothing at all to negate the fact Rom 5:18 refers to all mankind

All of Romans is written to believers about believers . Its written to people whom Paul had heard of the Faith, so they are the regenerated Rom 1:8
First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world.
Paul is specifically focused on preaching the Gospel which Rom 5:18-19 is part of to them which have faith in Rome Rome 1:15-17
15 So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.
16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

The simple FACT of the matter is that:

Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
EVERYBODY ISN'T "BORN AGAIN". SO regardless of man's "theology", the Bible indicates that MANY, if not MOST PEOPLE will not included in the "Book of Life" for whatever reason. Romans 9 goes into the issue.

The FACT IS that if you're not DRAWN (John 6:44) - you ain't coming. And if you ARE "DRAWN" the final decision to REPENT is YOURS (Heb 4:2).

No the non elect were also represented by and in Adam, but only the elect were in and represented by Christ.
Sorry the same word/words are used to define those effected by the actions of each
