No, Gentiles were to be the recipient of the light of the Hebrew people, but it says nothing about Gentiles receiving salvation. Israel was to be a light to the Gentiles TO SEE not to participate.
I have been waiting for months now for some Gentile to show me in the Hebrew Scripture of Law, Psalms, and Prophets of a passage of Gentiles being included in the Hebrew Covenants and no one can produce any passage stating this. You all go to Saul and by your interpretation make him break with Scripture and add Gentiles in the Hebrew Covenants. Saul was a rabbi. He knew Scripture. Saul was a Pharisee. He knew Scripture. Probably had his own copy of the Hebrew bible. But Saul would also know - and he quotes no Old Testament passage - of Gentiles being included in the Abrahamic Covenant described in Genesis 17; the Mosaic Covenant described in Exodus; the New Covenant described in Jeremiah.

Mosaic Covenant: Between God and the Children of Israel.

There is nothing in the Old Testament of Law, Psalms, and Prophets any passage stating God making covenant with Gentiles. None.
So, where are you getting your doctrine? Not from Scripture but from INTERPRETATION of Scripture.
Face it. NONE of the apostles - including Saul - would ever state something in their letters that would contradict the Hebrew Scripture or break Scripture. The heresy is all about your interpretation. You can't find a passage in the OT so you make up an interpretation and hang on to that over the very word of God.

The Gentiles referred to here are circumcised, committed Gentile proselytes who are allies and citizens of the commonwealth of Israel, or political allies. Even the Jews knew the Abrahamic Covenant is between God and his seed, a people identified in Exodus as the children of ISRAEL and in Jeremiah as the House of ISRAEL and JUDAH.
And it can also mean uncircumcised, uncommitted Gentile God-Fearers, like the Roman centurion or Cornelius. Having access and present every sabbath and the first Gentiles in the synagogues to hear the witness of the Jewish Christians returning from Jerusalem born-again after Pentecost. THEY would be first to hear about Christ and even though they were allied with Israel and NOT seed of Abraham, they knew they were not in any of the Hebrew covenants. They are smarter than many Gentiles today that can't read, add to the bible, and show themselves liars (Prov. 30:6.) They would be more qualified to be identified as the "wild" Olive tree branches being allied with Israel, but being an Olive tree branch does not make them in covenant with Abraham and his seed. All this twisting of Scripture and adding to the bible and re-interpretation to try to get Gentiles mentioned in Genesis 17:7 or Jeremiah 31:31 covenants.

The broken off were disobedient Jews. The re-grafting is the disobedient Jews returning to the fold.

But if you can show me a passage in the OT Gentiles being identified as Olive tree then you will have proved your doctrine.

Jesus said, "Scripture cannot be broken."
In Scripture God made covenant with Abram the Hebrew (Gen. 14:13) and with his Hebrew seed beginning with Isaac whose mother was Abram's niece, Sarai. The family covenant was then inherited by Jacob whose name God changed to "Israel", and Jacob's twelve sons also called the twelve tribes of Israel or simply the "Jews."

7 And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee. Gen. 17:7.

Interesting God said, "thy seed after thee in their generations" because later God emphasizes these Hebrew generations with whom inherit the Abrahamic Covenant promises:

9 Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations; Deut. 7:8–10.

A "thousand generations" implies forever and eternal. This family of Abraham are the true inheritors of the Abrahamic promises and by the time Jesus died and resurrected to deliver and save the Hebrew family only a couple dozen Hebrew generations have been born. Anyone - prophet or apostle - who contradict Scripture to say Gentiles are in the Abrahamic Covenant are false prophets and apostles for God cannot lie nor does He contradict Himself.

13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. 2 Cor. 11:13–15.

God made covenant with Abram the Hebrew and extended this covenant to Abram's offspring, generations of Hebrew families. There is no Scripture in the bible that states God made covenant with Gentiles, or "non-Hebrews" and any professed Gentile that is born-again and saved would have to have Hebrew blood somewhere in their family history.

And I noticed you didn't answer my question and the reason is because you can't without stating the Abrahamic Covenant is with the Hebrew people ONLY, the Mosaic Covenant is with the children of Israel whose name used to be Jacob, who was a son of Isaac, and Isaac a son of Abraham. God has covenant with Hebrews, NOT Gentiles and there is no Scripture or passage in the bible stating God has ever made any covenant of deliverance and salvation to Gentiles.

And I noticed you didn't answer my question and the reason is because you can't without stating the Abrahamic Covenant is with the Hebrew people ONLY, the Mosaic Covenant is with the children of Israel whose name used to be Jacob, who was a son of Isaac, and Isaac a son of Abraham. God has covenant with Hebrews, NOT Gentiles and there is no Scripture or passage in the bible stating God has ever made any covenant of deliverance and salvation to Gentiles.

Part of his service in the Temple and Sanhedrin before his conversion was to know the Hebrew Scriptures of Law, Psalms, and Prophets. His experience with Christ (the Holy Spirit) on the road to Damascus around AD 34-36 was enough to cause him to leave for Arabia and other places to read and study the Hebrew bible in order to understand what happen to him and what these stories and witness of this man Jesus Christ, a man many Jews took as Israel's Messiah, meant. Saul studied the Hebrew Scriptures where Moses wrote about this Prophet God was to send from "among their brethren" and to understand and make sense of the New Covenant era Israel found herself in. He 'disappeared' for 17 years before Barnabas brought him to Antioch to pastor the brethren there. In the meantime, all the revelation he received came from Old Testament study.

Paul does not need Old Testament authority. You are begging the question, assuming the New Testament cannot contain new revelation. Paul got his revelation from Christ and is an apostle . You however are not and do not possess the authority he had.
