Who are you (WE) to pass judgment on the servant of another? It is before his own master that he stands or falls. And he will be upheld, for the Lord is able to make him stand. Romans 14:4
Paul in Romans 14 is talking about those with stricter convictions ought not judge those who are less legalistic.
We are all servants of the same Master: Jesus. It's not the role of servants to pass judgment on each other. The master passes judgment. In this case, though, the ultimate Master, the Lord, is able to make those in both groups "to stand."
When it comes to matters of opinion, Christians are to tolerate each other. Not always easy to do.

God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh intercession to God against Israel saying,

Romans 11:2 (LEB) — 2 God has not rejected his people, whom he foreknew! Or do you not know, in the passage about Elijah, what the scripture says—how he appeals to God against Israel?

Those foreknown were those who had not bowed the knee to Baal
clearly a conditioned election refuting your belief in unconditional election.
