Its truly sad and I know from being a calvinist for decades and being blinded by the doctrines through which I saw scripture only through the lens/glasses of calvinism. In that sense it blinds one from the truth regarding the nature and character of God. In calvinism its really God on trial. The real question is who is God ? Its is a different God.
