Those there in those verses arent under Gods wrath, it shows what they were by nature before God saved them and converted them by Grace. They were Justified in Christ before the world began Eph 1:4-6

All the elect are without Christ experimentally when dead in sin. They are alienated from the life of God, that's why total depravity is true. Eph 4:18

Yeah without Christ, all are without Christ b nature. However the elect even while without Christ by nature, are in Christ by election before the foundation. Eph 1:4-6 and they were in Christ when Christ was raised from the dead and seated in the heavenlies Eph 2:5-6

Eph 1:6 Accepted in the Beloved !

This verse speaks to Eternal Justification, or Justification from before the foundation. Its to the Praise of the Glory of Gods Grace that those Chosen in the Beloved before the foundation Eph 1:4

That they were accepted in Him as Early.

To be accepted of God is inclusive of Justifciation. Its God bestowing His Divine Approval and Favor upon one in Christ. Thats why they are freely Justified by Grace Rom 3:24

There names were written in the Lambs Book of Life from the foundation of the world Rev 17:8

8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

Paul told Timothy to "wage the good warfare, having faith and a good conscience, which some having rejected, concerning the faith have suffered shipwreck, of whom are Hymenaeus and Alexander, whom I delivered to Satan that they may learn not to blaspheme." 1 Tim. 1:18-20
They did have the faith and a good conscience, they were saved, but they rejected both and are, at the time of Paul's writing, in the hands of Satan, hopefully in order to repent and return. I don't think we ever find out whether they came back to God or not.
