Arminian perspective on Gods Sovereignty and mans free will

When you look at the verse in Romans 8, it says God foreknew. This means God knew in advance those who would choose to follow him and those who would choose not to follow him. The ones he knew in advance are the ones he predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son. In other words, God’s predestining is based on his foreknowledge, not his random selection. This understanding allows God to remain just and still hold people accountable for their choices.
That comes from verse 29 in chapter 8. your point there is supported by the previous verse, verse 28. There it speaks about things working together for good for those who love God. God clearly foreknows everything, including those who love him. It is those spoken of in verse 29 whom God foreknew. It is those whom he then also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son.
Without this understanding, then salvation is a random act and God chooses who he will save and who he will not, removing our free will from the process. I don’t think the rest of Scripture can completely support that argument.
Precisely!

No not purposed to save all. Desired and made provision for while stating he would save those that believe

You are twisting the facts.
But He purposed/desired to save all mankind. God desires all to be saved and come unto the knowledge of the truth. Remember?? So the cross was merely to make provision and not to actually save?

It served a dual function. To make all saveable and to save all that will believe.

Sorry but this is a bunch of absolute nonsense and gibberish . To try to create confusion that with God merely making provision for all somehow connects to a thought that provision is weak to save is beyond ridiculous. Ocean liners have lifeboats enough for every passenger on board. Because some won't get into a boat you DON'T BLAME THE BOAT. You blame the person.

Chapter and verse. It's purpose is to make people savable.
Easy

John 3:14–18 (KJV 1900) — 14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: 15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Sorry, nothing about diying to make people savable there. Classic case of seeing what you want to see

Shhhhhh...this is a adult conversation. LOL

Said nowhere in the pages of scripture
You are in denial

As this passage shows otherwise

There is if you read and believe

Thats False, the Cross actually saved them it was provided for. By it those whom it was for are crucified to the world and the world unto them, so its to be boasted in Gal 6:14

But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.

To say Christs Cross work merely makes men saveable is to deny the Saving Work of Christ !

The Cross Delivers them it was for from this present world, thats also Salvation, Gal 1:4-5

Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father:
To whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Again the cross made all men savable and saves those that believe
