First, Calvin didn't create TULIP. Second, if a person did not get their views from Calvin, then using Calvin as a hostile witness is meaningless.Whoever believes tulip by default is a Calvinist.
There was no tulip until the reformation it was invented by CalvinistsFirst, Calvin didn't create TULIP. Second, if a person did not get their views from Calvin, then using Calvin as a hostile witness is meaningless.

Do you believe the 5 points of tulip ?If a person did not get their views from Calvin or Calvinists, then using Calvin as a hostile witness is meaningless.
I don't concern myself with the 5 points of tulip. I'm not even going to study them to see if I disagree. I doubt if I believe in all 5, which you would probably know if you were following the limited atonement thread.Do you believe the 5 points of tulip ?
Yes or no
If you do you are a Calvinist
Denying that and affirming the others would make you a four point Calvinist as was Calvin himself and the earliest reformersI don't concern myself with the 5 points of tulip. Call me a four point Calvinist or a one point Calvinist if you like. It's the same mistake.Denying that and affirming the others would make you a four point Calvinist as was Calvin himself and the earliest reformers
So who would that be? And what do they deny which would make them a non Calvinist? Not everyone here who you label a Calvinist is a Calvinist.
Name those who do not believe a single point of Calvinism but are labeled CalvinistNot sure it is. The anti-calvinists quote Calvin far more than anyone here who believes in even a single point of Calvinism (and not others).
Which ones do you disagree with ?Call me a four point Calvinist or a one point Calvinist if you like. It's the same mistake.
I don't care about TULIP. I've said that repeatedly.Which ones do you disagree with ?
T – Total Depravity
U – Unconditional Election
L – Limited Atonement
I – Irresistible Grace
P – Perseverance of the Saints
Then who do you debate for total inability , irresistible grace, unconditional election and limited atonement ?I don't care about TULIP. I've said that repeatedly.
I'm here to discuss scripture. TULIP is not scripture. If TULIP is supported or not supported by scripture is irrelevant to me. I'm not here to discuss TULIP.Then who do you debate for total inability , irresistible grace, unconditional election and limited atonement ?
Do you believe man is totally depraved unable to believe spiritual truthI'm here to discuss scripture. TULIP is not scripture. If TULIP is supported or not supported by scripture is irrelevant to me. I'm not here to discuss TULIP.
I'm not here to talk about what I believe. You can see what I believe by reading my scripture analyses.Do you believe man is totally depraved unable to believe spiritual truth
Do you believe God unconditionally elects men to salvation
Do you believe God irresistibly causes faith in man?
You are dodgingI'm not here to talk about what I believe. You can see what I believe by reading my scripture analyses.
