What is the New Covenant?

Of course it does. Did you know that even topology is important to biblical interpretation? Or that weather is important in interpretation of Scripture? Did you know that every jot and tittle is also important to God in the great, grand, scheme of this that have to do with truth of interpreting Scripture according to Scripture?
No Salvation is by Grace and not ethnicity, that is idolatry, trust and confidence in the physical.

Nations didn't exist at the time of Abraham. You're trying to get doctrine from a translation, and you can't do this and hope to be right in your interpretations.
Non-Hebrew Gentiles are not born from Hebrew parents. It's impossible.
Abraham also had Ishmael and Esau. They had large families and they were blessed by virtue of being Abraham's seed, but the promises were inherited by Isaac and then Jacob.
Really?

What did?

You miss the scriptural point that all who believe like Abraham are considered his children.

Galatians 3:7–9 (LEB) — 7 then understand that the ones who have faith, these are sons of Abraham. 8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, proclaimed the good news in advance to Abraham: “In you all the nations will be blessed.” 9 So then, the ones who have faith are blessed together with Abraham who believed.

Galatians 3:14 (LEB) — 14 in order that the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, so that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Galatians 3:29 (LEB) — 29 And if you are Christ’s, then you are descendants of Abraham, heirs according to the promise.

Romans 4:13–17 (LEB) — 13 For the promise to Abraham or to his descendants, that he would be heir of the world, was not through the law, but through the righteousness by faith. 14 For if those of the law are heirs, faith is rendered void and the promise is nullified. 15 For the law produces wrath, but where there is no law, neither is there transgression. 16 Because of this, it is by faith, in order that it may be according to grace, so that the promise may be secure to all the descendants, not only to those of the law, but also to those of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all 17 (just as it is written, “I have made you the father of many nations”) before God, in whom he believed, the one who makes the dead alive and who calls the things that are not as though they are,

No, God promised Abraham more than land. But the Jews have to have somewhere to live that belongs to only them as the promise goes.

till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled

Nothing would pass from the law UNTIL it was fulfilled.

Jesus fulfilled it.

Now it has been removed.
WRONG!!! The "Mosaic LAW" is eternal. The Born again CHRISTIAN has voluntarily BY FAITH been JUDGED by it, and has died to it's effects. that's the symbology of water baptism - buried in DEATH, and raised in newness of life in Christ (Rom 6:4)

However the LAW is still God's will for humans who, as CHristians follow Rom 8:28,29 being CHANGED progressively into the image of Jesus

Has nothing to do with ethnicity, the all Israel that shall be saved is the Church, the Body of Christ Gal 3:28-29
You confuse "Church" with the "Body of Christ."
In the Old Testament the children of Israel was the original Church of God because as the word means, "called out" God called out His people out of Egypt. Nearly three million Jews were in the desert at the time of Moses. Therefore, the true and original "called out [ones]" was the children of Israel for God called them out of Egypt just as the word is defined.

The Jews that are born-again make up the body of Christ. On Pentecost three thousand Jews were born-again and thus began Christ's promise of building His Church and populated it with three thousand Jews:

41 Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls. Acts 2:41.

Those three thousand souls were born-again Jews.

The original Church Jesus promised to build was populated on the first day with three thousand Jews.

sorry bro to inform you but the law of Moses was abolished in His flesh and nailed to the cross.

For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace, Ephesians 2:14-15

And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses, having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. Colossians 2:13-14
