Its implied, delivered from this present evil world, accordiing to the will of God Gal 1:4
Those who have the faith in Him. Who believe in Him. Who trust in Him. And that is not implied, that is fact.
If not, then why when the thief said In Luke 23:
40 But the other answered, and rebuking him said, “Do you not even fear God, since you are under the same sentence of condemnation?
41 And we indeed are suffering justly, for we are receiving what we deserve for our deeds; but this man has done nothing wrong.”
42 And he was saying, “Jesus, remember me when You come in Your kingdom!”
The thief first had faith, and believed, and acknowledged who Jesus was... AFTER THAT
CAME THE THIEF'S SALVATION.
43 And He said to him, “Truly I say to you, today you shall be with Me in Paradise.”
4 Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world/age, according to the will of God and our Father:
Unbelief is one of our sins He gave Himself for, to deliver us from the god of this age who blinds the minds of the lost so they believe not2 Cor 4:3-4
John 12:40 has a different spin on Paul's Cor message
Paul wrote
in whose case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving so that they might not see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
John wrote
“He has blinded their eyes and hardened their hearts, Lest they should see with their eyes, Lest they should understand with their hearts and turn, So that I should heal them.”
Now pay attention... no matter what Paul said it was not the god of this world blinding and making those dead.... it all goes back to Isaiah who.. quoting in full said....
Isaiah 6
New American Standard Bible 1995
Isaiah’s Vision
6 In the year of King Uzziah’s death I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, lofty and exalted, with the train of His robe filling the temple.
2 Seraphim stood above Him, each having six wings: with two he covered his face, and with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew.
3 And one called out to another and said,
“Holy, Holy, Holy, is the Lord of hosts,
The whole earth is full of His glory.”
4 And the foundations of the thresholds trembled at the voice of him who called out, while the temple was filling with smoke.
5 Then I said,
“Woe is me, for I am ruined!
Because I am of unclean lips,
And I live among a people of unclean lips;
For my eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts.”
6 Then one of the seraphim flew to me with a burning coal in his hand, which he had taken from the altar with tongs.
7 He touched my mouth with it and said, “Behold, this has touched your lips; and your iniquity is taken away and your sin is forgiven.”
Isaiah’s Commission
8 Then I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I. Send me!”
9 He said, “Go, and tell this people:
‘Keep on listening, but do not perceive;
Keep on looking, but do not understand.’
NOTE: it was God the father... not god of this world. You are going to need to go and do you due diligence on all possibilities before opening your mouth because listening to you it appeaers that the god of this world my have you blinded to understanding.
10 “Render the hearts of this people insensitive,
Their ears dull,
And their eyes dim,
Otherwise they might see with their eyes,
Hear with their ears,
Understand with their hearts,
And return and be healed.”
11 Then I said, “Lord, how long?” And He answered,
“Until cities are devastated and without inhabitant,
Houses are without people
And the land is utterly desolate,
12 “The Lord has removed men far away,
And the [h]forsaken places are many in the midst of the land.
13 “Yet there will be a tenth portion in it,
And it will again be subject to burning,
Like a terebinth or an oak
Whose stump remains when it is felled.
The holy seed is its stump.”

What is the REAL meaning of Isaiah 6:1-13? (Deep Dive - Bible Study & Commentary)
Before delving into the specifics of the message, it's essential to understand the
historical and spiritual context in which this passage was written.
Isaiah, often referred to as the "Messianic Prophet," lived in a chaotic period of Israel's history during the 8th century BCE.
At this time, the nation was divided into two kingdoms: the Northern Kingdom of Israel and the Southern Kingdom of Judah.
Both kingdoms faced political issues and moral decay.
The Northern Kingdom had already fallen to the Assyrian Empire, and Judah was in a state of moral decline, turning away from God and embracing idolatry.
It is against this backdrop of spiritual waywardness and
societal injustice that Isaiah received his divine call and wrote the book bearing his name.
Therefore, this passage serves as an example of a divine encounter that transformed a man, Isaiah, and set him on a path of Prophethood.
It underscores the holiness of God, the reality of human sinfulness, and the divine call to serve.
iT WAS WRITTEN IN 8BC
IT WAS WRITTEN ... AS IS SAID ABOVE....It is against this backdrop of spiritual waywardness and societal injustice that Isaiah received his divine call and wrote the book bearing his name.
I REPEAT... IT WAS GOD WHO SAID THESE THINGS, NOT THE GOD OF THIS WORLD. AND WAS SAID 8000 OR SO YEARS BEFORE JESUS CAME INTO BEING.
You need to
KJV 2 Tim 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
NASB95 2 Tim 2:15 Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth.
3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
4 In whom the god of this world/age hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
