Just came back in the house...That is not very kind or friendly way to treat people. Just because a person looks different or believes differently than someone else does not give them the right to treat them unkindly. You can tell if a person is being influenced by the Holy Spirit the way they treat those who are difficult to love. Jesus said it is easy to love those who love you but I say to you love your enemies and do good to them. The fruit of the Spirit is: love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. 24 Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. 26 Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.
Well Joy, I've only been on this site a few days now and I have received generally nothing but signals of 'go away' and 'you believe this and that don't you' or completely ignoring my posts with pre-judgements. And these strange claims that angels worship me and the like is astounding. Where does it all come from, from a Spirit of God filled heart. I think not in my quick estimation and good sense.
So this comment I just made was truly qualified. I do not like having to correct folks this way, unless you can tell me of another 'gentler way' when I do not know who I'm really writing to? I'm all ears at this point.
And hello of course to you, may God bless you for sharing even under these circumstances...APAK
