That is not Abraham seeing Jesus..

It says the "SCRIPTURE SAW"...,

And the context is , the same justification by faith that was Abrahams.. the SCRIPTURE foreknew would be preached, (Paul's Gospel)... and in that, all nations shall be blessed.
