John Piper: Born again through faith in the gospel

God sends the Gospel as a word of Salvation to the Born again, them who fear God, which none by nature do. Now who is it said that the word of salvation is sent to here Acts 13:26

Men and brethren, children of the stock of Abraham, and whosoever among you feareth God, to you is the word of this salvation sent.

Only the Regenerated Fears God
Again those who believe are then born again

John 1:12 (LEB) — 12 But as many as received him—to those who believe in his name—he gave to them authority to become children of God,

Galatians 3:26 (LEB) — 26 For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus,

and being born again is through the resurrection of Christ

1 Peter 1:3 (LEB) — 3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to his great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

Was Saul of Tarsus already born again while seeing that Stephen was stoned to death?

Was Saul of Tarsus already born again before he met Jesus on the road to Damascus?

I will answer this for since you can’t seem to ever answer this question.

No, Saul of Tarsus only become born again when he encounter Jesus and believed in Him.

No one is born again until they believe the Gospel.

Sorry the Gospel is sent to men not yet born again

1 Corinthians 4:15 (LEB) — 15 For if you have ten thousand guardians in Christ, yet you do not have many fathers, for in Christ Jesus I fathered you through the gospel.

James 1:18 (LEB) — 18 By his will he gave birth to us through the message of truth, so that we should be a kind of first fruits of his creatures.

1 Peter 1:18–23 (LEB) — 18 because you know that you were redeemed from your futile way of life inherited from your ancestors not with perishable things like silver or gold, 19 but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of an unblemished and spotless lamb 20 who was foreknown before the foundation of the world, but has been revealed in these last times for you 21 who through him are believing in God, who raised him from the dead and gave him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God. 22 Having purified your souls by your obedience to the truth for sincere brotherly love, love one another fervently from the heart, 23 because you have been born again, not from perishable seed but imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God.

Again your position is contrary to all scripture

Mark 16:15–16 (LEB) — 15 And he said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. 16 The one who believes and is baptized will be saved, but the one who refuses to believe will be condemned.

Again those who believe are then born again

John 1:12 (LEB) — 12 But as many as received him—to those who believe in his name—he gave to them authority to become children of God,

The Gospel is sent to the Born Again as a word of salvation.

The Gospel is sent to the Born Again as a word of salvation.
nope the gospel is sent out to all nations, peoples of every tribe and tongue, all unbelievers to receive and believe in the gospel for their salvation. Then after they believe the gospel they become born again children of God. Not before they hear the gospel.

You have it completely backwards.

next fallacy

Totally False Doctrine.

Why would God want to only save saved people.

Was Saul of Tarsus already born again while seeing that Stephen was stoned to death?

Was Saul of Tarsus already born again before he met Jesus on the road to Damascus?

I showed scripture for it!

What do you mean ? What did I say to prompt such a question
You said “The Gospel is sent to the Born Again as a word of salvation”, which, grammatically, can only mean that the gospel is sent to those that are already born again “as a word of salvation”.

How can those already born again need a word of salvation if they are already saved?

Yes the Gospel is sent to the Born Again as a word of Salvation to inform them of their Salvation and give them assurance of it and cause them to believe!

oops :)

Yet another hole in that poster's theology

Men are born again only through faith in the gospel

1 Peter 1:18–25 (LEB) — 18 because you know that you were redeemed from your futile way of life inherited from your ancestors not with perishable things like silver or gold, 19 but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of an unblemished and spotless lamb 20 who was foreknown before the foundation of the world, but has been revealed in these last times for you 21 who through him are believing in God, who raised him from the dead and gave him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God. 22 Having purified your souls by your obedience to the truth for sincere brotherly love, love one another fervently from the heart, 23 because you have been born again, not from perishable seed but imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God. 24 For “all flesh is like grass, and all its glory like the flower of the grass. The grass withers and the flower falls off, 25 but the word of the Lord endures forever.” And this is the word that has been proclaimed to you.

Jesus said that we must be born again, which means that no one can already be born again and only needs the gospel to help them believe that they are already born again!

Minor correction

You say "Men are born again only through faith in the gospel"

You should say Men are born again only through the faith that is taught in the gospel". Otherwise it looks as if having faith in a book will save you.
