Gods Inability to save

Where does the bible say God is omnipotent. All powerful all the time ?

If God hates sin and Jesus defeated sin, the devil and death why do you still sin if you are the temple of God and the Holy Spirit lives in you ?

Your sin is more powerful than God ?

Your will is more powerful than God ?

Your flesh is more powerful than God ?

So God is powerful enough to save you, give you the Holy Spirit but God cannot overcome your sin, desires, flesh , will etc... ?
So you deny Gods omnipotence then?

He does all those things in His good time. Can you still in heaven?

God determinately corraled the libertarian already haters around Christ to do what they would do.

Acts 2:23 (KJV) Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain:

Acts 4:26 The kings of the earth stood up, and the rulers were gathered together against the Lord, and against his Christ.

Act 4:27 For of a truth against thy holy child Jesus, whom thou hast anointed, both Herod, and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles, and the people of Israel, were gathered together,
That's not what the text says at all. It says specifically, planned, determined and brought about by His hand whatever He wanted done. Acts 4:27,28

what is libertarian free will as apposed to just plain old free will

I believe God limits his own power

God could snap his fingers and wipe mankind off the face of the universe. God knows we all deserve it. But he is patient and kind. and holds back his anger

No one said He uses "force". Strawman alert!
yawn

you asked, He has the power to save all but not the will to do so

I responded to that comment and question.

He has the power. But he choses not to

He has the will. but he will not force you to receive his gift.

You do not have to like the answer. But then again, don't ask the question if you do not want to hear what we think

You used the word "force". It's not the first time. No one teaches He uses force unless you can prove otherwise.

dude, You are just as frustrating as the person in the other thread.

I DID NOT ACCUSE YOU. I ANSWERED YOUR QUESTION.

You asked WHY WOULD JESUS NOT SAVE EVERYONE IF HE COULD

you asked WHY, IF HE WILLED EVERYONE TO BE SAVED DOES HE NOT DO IT

My answer is, He will not force you.

( I did not accuse you of doing anything here)

If he forced you to get saved because of his omnipotence (he could if he wanted to) then according to his will. every man woman and child who ever lived would be saved,.

But he will not force them. So not everyone will be saved

So He has the power to save all but not the will to? I thought He was not willing any should perish?
Damnation proves the limits of HIS will - HE cannot abide life with the wicked so if anyone by their free will chooses to rebuke HIM as a false god and to rebuke HIM as their savior from the consequences of sin, HE must let them go into hell by their own will, not by HIS will.

Ordinary free will in theological terms allows for the doublethink that we have a free will here on earth at the same time we are enslaved to sin without any ability to choose righteousness.

It also means merely the ability to choose even if all one is able to choose is sinful.

True free will means uncoerced by any power or force making those enslaved to sin to be without a free will.
