God states he will change his mind
You have him not being able to change his mind
If your statement is true that God cannot change his mind and assuming naturally he knew that and stated he was going to change his mind that would be a lie as he knew he could not

Right, so your god learns as He goes. In fact, there could be unknown unsettled facts that would prevent Him from saving you.
It absolutely is just that. There are future facts that He does not know or is unaware of.

No you demonstrated that God lied over 20 times when He said He change His mind. You say it’s a lie. God said it’s true. So you make God a liar by misquoting 1 verse and building a false doctrine around 1 verse that opposed over 20 that affirm God repents and changes His mind
And you demonstrate you do not believe the Bible when it says God does not change. Which there are just as many.

His character does not change . The context says God is not a man that He lies. Man lies , God does not, hence doesn’t change His mind and lie.
