In an extended practical teaching on holy living, the apostle Paul tells believers, “Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.” Ephesians 4:30 His command not to grieve the Spirit falls under Paul’s initial instructions covering what not to do to cultivate holiness and walk in Christian purity.AGREE
What if you harden your heart against the Holy Spirit = we are warned = "Do not grieve the Holy Spirit"
i am NOT against OSAS when it is in it's RightFULL Domain, which is CHRIST = John 10:25-30
Jesus answered them, “I told you, and you do not believe. The works that I do in My Father’s name, they bear witness of Me. But you do not believe, because you are not of My sheep, as I said to you.
My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.
My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand.
I and My Father are one.”
It's about our relationship with God. Grieving the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption will result in a bad relationship with God. Grieving the Spirit hinder a godly lifestyle.
