What @GeneZ said above and also the presence of the Angel of the Lord in the OT, who is God. Just as Jesus is described as the Son of Man revealing His union with humanity, so too we see His union with angels, both being created in His image.
It doesn't say directly but it most definitely does imply.

Poor hermeneutics and circular reasoning. The fact is only man was created in Gods image which is why they can be redeemed after the fall/ sin and the angels cannot since they were not created in the image of God.
