He wasn't personally regenerated.
Okay ? And ?His father was Jared (Genesis 5:18). Enoch was the father of Methuselah, who was the oldest man who ever lived - 969 years (Genesis 5:21)
Yes he was, had to be to have faith, a fruit of the Spirit. He wasn't personally regenerated.

He had faith not from his natural father, but from regeneration. Having a natural father only means you in the flesh and cannot please God Christ gives Faith as ones Spiritual father heb 12:2@TomL

Enoch was in the flesh when he pleased God, as he lived a life characterized by faith and obedience before being taken by God without experiencing death. He is noted for his close relationship with God, ~GQ
By faith Enoch was taken up so that he did not see death: He could not be found, because God had taken him away. For before he was taken, he was commended as one who pleased God.
Enoch was pleasing to God because he not only lived his life by faith in the God of heaven and earth, but he also lived his life in intimate communion with God.
Enoch’s righteousness set him apart. He consistently made choices that aligned with God’s moral standards. Enoch’s commitment to righteousness pleased God, as it demonstrated his desire to live in accordance with God’s commands. His righteous actions were not driven by legalism, but by a genuine love for God and a desire to honor Him in all aspects of life.
Enoch’s unwavering faith serves as an example for us to follow. Hebrews 11:5 states, “By faith Enoch was taken from this life, so that he did not experience death: ‘He could not be found, because God had taken him away.'” Enoch’s faith in God’s promises and his complete trust in Him allowed him to experience a unique and extraordinary outcome. Enoch’s faith challenges us to trust in God’s faithfulness and believe in His promises, even when circumstances seem impossible.
HE WAS A MAN IN THE FLESH. HE HAD A FATHER. HE HAD A SON. AND HE HAD FAITH.
Read the Book.He had faith not from his natural father, but from regeneration. Having a natural father only means you in the flesh and cannot please God Christ gives Faith as ones Spiritual father heb 12:2

@JLB
Greetings JLB,
Without going into the different senses the words save/saved/salvation are used the scriptures, we shall limit ourselves to this one sense: "saved from our sins and from the condemnation of God's law".
1) By grace alone through the faith and obedience of one, Jesus Christ. Is the only ground upon which The Spirit of God regenerates God's elect.
Romans 5:17
“For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)”
Romans 5:19
“For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.”
2) It is grace alone, without the deeds of the law, or, any law/commandment that said in essence: "This DO, and live, sin, and die" ~ as though men in the flesh have the power, desire, will, to hear and obey, when God's testimony said that they do not, that in them, that is in their flesh, dwelleth no good thing, no, not one.
Romans 7:18
“For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.”
So, legally we are justified freely by grace through the redemption work of Christ.
Vitally, we were quickeded to life by the power of God alone, the "same" power that raised Christ from the dead, raised us when we were dead in trespaases and sins. God alone was the only active person working in the regeneration of His people, they were totally passive. Totally unaware of this spiritual birth, only the results became clear afterward, by being able to see, hear and understand, and even them a very lsow and long process
Ephesians 1:19
“And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,”
3.) Practically speaking concerning our salvation is seen in the fact we now believe, begin to fear God, and love the truth and God's people, etc. whereas before we did not.
1st John 5:1
“Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ "is" born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him.”
Maybe more later....RB
Just a side comment. By now most know I was in a "Calvin" following church all my life. Still am. I do not have to agree with them...my choice.Sorry bro, but none of the verses you listed show what we must do to be saved.
that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9
This is what biblical believing looks like; the action one must take to be saved.
"Correct", reason being, there are none that we must do before one is saved from his sins and condemnation. What I show you is how one IS saved from their sins and condemnation, nothing more.Sorry bro, but none of the verses you listed show what we must do to be saved.
You are so wrong, yet, you are not alone. Start at Romans 10:1, and ponder carefully down to verse thirteen and what you have is how one is saved in a practical sense from error to true knowledge of the truth of Christ's gospel, that would saved men from going about establishing their own righteousness who refuse submit themselves unto the righteousness that God provided and secured for his elect through Christ.that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Good exposition, also Paul knew these jews had faith already [regenerated] because he had heard of their faith Rom 1:8 and so he wanted to go preach the Gospel to them Rom 1:15 and he also was targeting the elect remnant who he knew God would eventually cause to believe.@JLB

The men Paul were talking about were men that Paul gave witness concerning, who fear God and had a zeal for him, which no unregenerate man has until he is first quickeded to life ~ yet these same men were ignorance of a very important truth concerning how one has the righteousness of God to his account. Much like many men we face on these Christian forums, who seems to love, fear, and have a great zeal for God, yet not based on true understanding of the gospel. Once they come to this understanding by confessing that Christ is the END OF THE LAW (or any works) for righteousness, they they can be "saved" from the error of their way by calling on the only name that secured God's righteousness for us.
You might want to get along with the Lord and ask him to open your understanding concerning Romans 10:1-13, and if asked in faith, He will.

I’m not holding my breath good luck with an answerPlease explain how an unsaved person becomes saved.
“Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved” Acts 16:31Please explain how an unsaved person becomes saved.
JLB, quoting scriptures proves nothing as far as providing the sense of what you are quoting, so others can understand the scriptures being quoted. Have you never consider:I disagree and plainly posted the scripture of what one must do to become saved.
