Your Views on The Trinity

Anyone.

Am I the only person who has no idea about the persons Keiw mentions?

It could be... but can anyone condense something about these people before I go Google them

Absence of the Definite Article

The first point Jehovah Witnesses often make on this verse is that in the Greek there is no definite article before the word “theos.” (“Theos” is the Greek word that we translate as “God” or “god” in English.) This is a particularly weak argument that takes little study to address. John uses the word “Theos” some 252 times in his writings. Twenty-two of these times it occurs without a definite article. In every place outside of John 1:1 and John 1:18 where the singular form of the word is used (whether it is with or without the article), John uses it to reference the one true God. There are no exceptions, even in the New World Translation.
Deuteronomy 32:39 "See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand."

that should put to rest, "god", in John 1:1.
Actually the New Testament speaks of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit together 156 times.
He who has ears to hear, let him hear.
Father and Son are titles of the same one person. the term, "the Holy Spirit/Ghost" is an Epithet of the ONE PERSON who holds the Titles, Father and Son.

Why? It does not for me.

So you are telling me that YAHWEH God the Father, physically came to earth and was birthed by a woman.

Just as a matter of opinion... Would that not have been dangerous on a great many avenues?

Or are you of the opinion that once born, He had the intellect He had before He walked on the earth?

And bettter yet..... If this be true.... then I see a big lie. Well, not so big in the grand scheme of things but one none the less ..
perhaps to distract and divert any who may come close....

Jn 6:46 “Not that anyone has seen the Father, except the One who is from God; He has seen the Father.

If they are one.... everyone had.

I am sensing a peculiar exegesis here.

then you don't believe what God says then...
So you are telling me that YAHWEH God the Father, physically came to earth and was birthed by a woman.
A. there is no such name of God, "YAHWEH", that's made up pagan.
B. God was not birthed, the body he came in was birthed. Isaiah 9:6 "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace." FLESH BONE AND BLOOD WAS BORN. God is a Spirit, (per John 4:24a). what was "GIVEN", was the diversified Spirit, or the equal share of himself... in that flesh bone and blood.... understand now?
Just as a matter of opinion... Would that not have been dangerous on a great many avenues?

why have an opinion? the Word is written and it's not changing for anyone. let's READ the Scriptures, Philippians 2:6 "Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:" Philippians 2:7 "But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:"
no reputation: G2758 κενόω kenoo (ke-no-ō') v.
1. to make empty.
2. (figuratively) to abase, neutralize, falsify.
[from G2756]
KJV: make (of none effect, of no reputation, void), be in vain
Root(s): G2756

UNDERSTAND NOW?

Sense nothing, KNOW the TRUTH. one Word answer that, "DIVERSITY". and if you want to know, read Philippians 2:6 & 7, and understand the TERM.... "WITH" there as in EQUAL "WITH"

and as for seeing the Father when one see Jesus? read Revelation 22:16 and look up the term there, "OFFSPRING", then one will clearly see the Father when they see the Lord Jesus.... this is too easy.

if you have problems in UNDERSTANDING, just ask.

I dont have a problem in understanding, I simply do not care about what you preach.

It is as simple as that

anyway, someone suggested I might be 14% Neanderthal.... so Pagan fits.

Isaiah 9:6 "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace." The mighty God, Is the only thing that matters.

what was "GIVEN", was the diversified Spirit, or the equal share of himself... in that flesh bone and blood

no, what was given was His spirit in full.

.understand now? How could I . I am pagan.... which is better then being called a witch

Toodles

don't care is a problem. see it's not 101G preaching, but a rebellion against God, and his word by ... Y O U .... (smile). YIKES!

no just 100% rebellious.... (smile).
toodles... lol, the scriptures are clear, Isaiah 28:9 "Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts." Isaiah 28:10 "For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:"

see you too.... maybe.... (smile), :coffee:

This made me think about the Trinity.

REMEMBER YOUR CHROMOSOMES

I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well.
PSALM 139:14

You inherited forty-six chromosomes (twenty-three pairs) from your mother and father, half of each pair from each parent. The half pairs united at your conception as a single-cell being. From the beginning, human beings have replicated the same shape —two arms, two legs, one head, and so on —while varying in the details —eye and hair color, facial characteristics, height and shape —based on the genetic markers on the chromosomes. Indeed, we are “fearfully and wonderfully made” (Psalm 139:14).

The consistency of God’s design of human beings (and other animal and plant species) reflects the consistency of His purpose.

As Paul says in Romans 1:19-20, the evidence for God’s purposeful existence is all around us, not least in those who bear His divine image on the earth (Genesis 1:26-27).
Life is not random, as evolutionists would have us believe. Rather, the consistency of design in Creation reflects the dominance of God’s controlling purpose.

On days that appear to be without purpose in your life, remember your chromosomes: steady, purposeful, and as unwavering as the purpose of God.

He that is made in the image of God must know him or be desolate.

I believe you are thinking about something that does not exist.

Amen, the trinity doesn't exist.

If God is a trinity, we should expect to see some Scripture about that, but there is none. The doctrine of the trinity is, thusly, an extremely vulnerable doctrine, and has been since it was first created in the late 4th century. This is also why most garden variety trinitarians are comfortable just smiling and saying "The trinity is an incomprehensible mystery." Most just aren't equipped to talk about it, most of them don't even understand the doctrine themselves.

To add to my previous comment, sometimes when something doesn't make a lick of sense to someone, they appreciate it when you make it make sense. For example, the trinity doesn't make sense to any trinitarian, so some of them actually like it when you show them that the way God is described in the Bible is Unitarian. It's clear, direct, explicit, easy to understand.

Those who love the truth will be grateful someone showed them something that has probably been directly under their knows, but totally missed before because their trinitarian handlers kept it from them. I have already met a lot of trinitarians early on in my search for God. Absolutely none of them will say anything about how the trinity isn't in the Bible and how God is Unitarian. They will hide all of the verses about it, it will not appear in any Bible studies, small groups, prayers, etc.

My advice to every trinitarian on this board is don't like them keep deceiving you. Read the Bible for yourself.

I have a friend who says if you just read the Bible for yourself you will never see the trinity. Yet trinitarians say they see the trinity everywhere.

They just say that because it reaches a point where the only thing left is to deny the Bible.

Not so. It is throughout the bible, even OT... but every time someone provides scripture it is twisted to say it does not say what it does or is simply not addressed.

My advice to every trinitarian on this board is don't like them keep deceiving you. Read the Bible for yourself.
I have spoken to you and your disciple @Petelag a few times in the past, but refuse to continue wasting time with you both, since you both deny a most essential truth of the word of God and that truth is.......... that Jesus Christ is the True God, thereby you and Peter are antichrist void of the Spirit of the Living God.

2 John 1:7

“For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.”

The confession of Isaiah 9:6 where the prophet clearly said that the Son given is no other than the mighty God, the everlasting father! Deny this this truth and one is an antichrist, one that is against Christ, not for him.

Isaiah 9:6

“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”

I believe in the Biblical trinity only in this sense..... that according to each respective work in the redemption of God's elect, there are three, yet in that world yet to come there will only be ONE GOD that we shall see and his name is Emmanuel, Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God, who is a Spirit that inhabits eternity, always has, always will, which no angel or man will ever see, impossible~ we will see God in the person of Jesus Christ who is the express image of God.

@Brandy~Brandy is my youngest daughter's name~of course she is going on 51 so she's no baby any more expect being mine, and that's true all three of my oldest girls, with one son who is almost forty nine.
