Why The Trinity is Wrong: Definition

I like your zeal Wrangler.

You should fast and pray about this one, though.

for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you (Matt. 16:17 NKJ)

Zeal not according to knowledge. He ignores the fact he is denying the substance of Jesus Christ. He is not honoring the Son.

Joh 5:22 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:
Joh 5:23 That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.

Notice "honor the Son as they honor the Father".

@Wrangler I see the Trinity folks are beating their breasts and soothing each others egos on this thread; even patronizing you. Another typical example of vanity, empty words of no or little substance like the trinity model they worship based on the traditions of religious and pagan men. It's just goes to show that being taught and growing up believing in fables of the heart of spiritual matters can be deadly for the soul.

I’m hoping we can have some constructive dialogues not destructive ones. Where we can say what we believe and why we believe it without putting the one who believes differently down.

For example if my goal was to try and convert you it would never happen if I make it personal and attack you . That’s just for starters. That’s goes both ways and most of us are kind of hard wired as trins and uni’s . But my hope is we can all treat each other with some dignity and respect.

Nothing but "empty words of little or no substance" from you unless you can back it up with Biblical citations. Give us your best "Unitarian/Arian" verses, say about 3, and permit the audience analyze them.

I think that will begin when evidence given is actually addressed and not simply dismissed.

That would be a good conversation to have. How can we actually rightfully express the dangers associated with Unitarian beliefs and it not be consider a personal attack.....

I can say that it is not my intent to be petty and attack humanity of anyone. As human beings we all have issues. As such we should always be empathetic toward our fellowman. Which is actually "ironic" when it comes to Unitarianism. The single greatest witness to Empathy among humanity is the Divinity of Jesus Christ condensing to humanity. In fact, leave OUT that necessary aspect of the Gospel and I believe the Gospel ceases to be the Gospel.

Just what good is it is Jesus Christ was simply a "son" from among "many sons".... just what would happen to the narrative of the empathy of God toward humanity in the Gospel? It would disappear or become utterly meaningless.

These types of discussions ultimately become offensive to the religious person that finds rudimentary value in Jesus Christ.

Here is my delemna so to speak . I 100% believe I’m right when it comes to God. But so does the unitarian feel the same way.

I don’t think name calling and putting the opposition down solves anything and neither side likes to be called any names or be mocked for their beliefs.

I think the best way is to present scripture with exegesis and let God do the convicting of the heart. It’s rare when someone changes their views on major doctrines but I’m living proof it happens . And I know others who have changed as well.

That’s my 2 cents fwiw. And I know most of you here where we debated the non trins for years on the other forums. We use to have a few good ones on the other side back in the day. Robr, Elpis , Breach and a few others were pretty astute Unitarians

Oh man the natives are restless. I would like to see your completed scripture congruent jig-saw puzzle using the mind and lens of a trinitarian. Many pieces dog- eared I imagine from forcing scripture with much effort to conform to the Trinity model. And the thread and theme of scripture lost to a mysterious unknowable trinity image.

Unitarians are hell bent on destroying the Trinity at all costs. They are essentially nihilists.

CC: GeneZ

They are on fire for the Fire?

They do with the Trinity what a Woke tranny does with his gender.

......... placing themselves beyond reason.

We are not deserving of such flattering praise and accolades. Tell us about yourself. Are you a "Biblical" Unitarian like @Wrangler? If so, tell us what Bible verses convinced you of Arianism. Let's start with that, if you may.

Sometimes, the Truth has to work on us........ Someone once said "No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care."

I once believed this is generally true. I'm not sure if I do anymore. Empathy seems to be lost on humanity. Not that we shouldn't continue to show it. We definitely should.

That’s just it. You don’t hold yourself to that same standard. The trinity is not in the Bible - not the word and not the concept. Yet, you have the audacity to tell others they have to back up with Bublicak citations.

PY, I hope you are not loading up, readying yourself to pull the trigger and ignite a bullet that says honor = worship. It's a dud....I would consider a different tact if I were you.

You know you can just lay your cards all down now and then I can answer truthfully and completely in one big shotgun blast. Just saying....I really like getting to the point, fast....
