The Water Baptism of 1 Corinthians 12:13

The 3000 were already saved, being added as members to the church at Jerusalem. The church at Jerusalem is the context... Not all redeemed.
They were added to the church via....

40 And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.

41 Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

It didn't die. We are still the product of their ministries.

Even during the time of the apostles, their powers and gifts gradually "waned". Paul even suffered through a horrible limiting "torn in the flesh" in his life.

Where were the apostles going about "healing all manner of sicknesses" at the END of the book of Acts?
The powers and gifts never waned.

As long as you are one of these...

17 And these signs shall follow them that believe.....

No, it is a universal command that did not expire.
I've never heard of it before. Do you have a scripture reference or a source that you quoted?

Taking a look at Acts 2:15 I see Peter telling the people that they were guilty, but God was giving them a chance to take away their sin and their guilt; God would save them even though they had killed His Son. Many people in the crowd believed Peter’s message and asked, “What shall we do?” Peter told them to repent (to change their way of thinking about the ways they were living and decide to do the right thing) and to be baptized for the remission of their sins. About 3,000 people decided to do what Peter told them; they were baptized into Christ and became the first Christians (although the word “Christian” is not used until Acts 11:26).

I don't see how you could be included in a decision people made a couple of thousand years ago.

No expiration date for Acts...

2:37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?

38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, ...

8:12 But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.

13 Then Simon himself believed also: and when he was baptized, he continued with Philip, and wondered, beholding the miracles and signs which were done.

14 Now when the apostles which were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent unto them Peter and John:

15 Who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost:

16 (For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.)

10:47 Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?

48 And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord....

19:4 Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.

5 When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.

So, the Samaritans were baptized in the name of Jesus first, then Peter came to pray for them and lay hands on them...

Kinda saved?

You tell me.

You are the one repeatedly affirming to obey Acts 2:38. These in Acts 8 as well as those in Acts 19 did not receive the Spirit in/upon water baptism.

Connect the dots...

16 (For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.)...

Must I comment?

I already did, but you ran away from what I pointed out in my previous post.

Stop hiding.

They did NOT receive the Spirit in/upon their water baptism.
It says this....

38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Not this...

38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized BY THE HOLY GHOST for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Not for those in Acts 10.

They received the Holy Spirit before their water baptism.

You must hate this chapter in Acts.
I love the conclusion....

48 And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord.....

...which you refuse, gentile.

The Holy Spirit is received IN CONJUNCTION of their water baptism.
It's not like they had to sit around and wait for Him to come.

Me too.

It's great when those who are already Christians (they received the Holy Spirit which proves this -see Acts 10:47) continue in their obedience.
