Sorry, this was proof not an opinionI ignored your argument about John 20:22, because you gave an opinion and not a proof. There is NOTHING in Scripture that would indicate that the reception of the Holy Spirit in John 20:22 was temporary.
What the disciples had received was a temporary filling of the Spirit from Jesus not the permanent infilling that awaited Christ's glorification and the promise of the father
Acts 1:4–5 (KJV 1900) — 4 And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me. 5 For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.
The promise was here
Ezekiel 36:26–27 (LEB) — 26 And I will give a new heart to you, and a new spirit I will give into your inner parts, and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh, and I will give to you a heart of flesh. 27 And I will give my spirit into your inner parts, and I will make it so that you will go in my rules, and my regulations you will remember, and you will do them.
it concerns the permanent indwelling of the Spirit
The disciples were to wait for the promise of the Spirit they had not yet received it
it was to come from the father as seen by Ezek 36 and
John 14:26 (LEB) — 26 But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name—that one will teach you all things, and will remind you of everything that I said to you.
They would receive it not many days from the ascension of Jesus
