The Issue of Limited Atonement

Sorry, grace need not render an unconditional blessing

.
Hebrews 12:15 (LEB) — 15 Take care that no one falls short of the grace of God; that no one growing up like a root of bitterness causes trouble, and by it many become defiled;

2 Corinthians 6:1 (LEB) — 1 Now because we are fellow workers, we also urge you not to receive the grace of God in vain.

Jude 4 (LEB) — 4 For certain men have slipped in stealthily, who were designated long ago for this condemnation, ungodly ones, who change the grace of our God into licentiousness and who deny our only Master and Lord Jesus Christ.

Galatians 5:4 (LEB) — 4 You are estranged from Christ, you who are attempting to be justified by the law; you have fallen from grace.

Hebrews 10:29 (LEB) — 29 How much worse punishment do you think the person will be considered worthy of who treats with disdain the Son of God and who considers ordinary the blood of the covenant by which he was made holy and who insults the Spirit of grace?
Election is of Grace, therefore unconditional. Its solely conditioned on Gods own purpose formed before the world began 2 Tim 1:9

9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,

@jeremiah1five

The Holy Spirit that was promised to Israel came down from God and Jews were being saved, NOT GENTILES.

False, the Spirit was promised to Christ and His Seed, thats why God gave Him the Spirit at His exaltation to pour on His Seed Acts 2:33

33 Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.

And His Spiritual Seed included Gentiles to receive o the promised Spirit Gal 3:14

14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we[The seed] might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Thats why God had Peter to preach to the redeemed Gentiles and see that the received the same promise of the Spirit Acts 10:44-45

44 While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word.

45 And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost.

That even confirmed Gal 3:14 that Gentiles as Christ spiritual seed were included in the promise of the Spirit to Israel spiritual.

Later Peter said in Acts 11:4-18 the same thing about Gentiles receiving Gift of the Spirit Vs 15-18

15 And as I began to speak, the Holy Ghost fell on them, as on us at the beginning.

16 Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost.

17 Forasmuch then as God gave them the like gift as he did unto us, who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ; what was I, that I could withstand God?

18 When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then hath God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life.

So your statement is false and you are attempting to withstand God !

God would not have given the Gentiles the same Sprit if He didn't promise it to them !

And posted nothing showing that grace demands irresistibility.

I'm not going to take a stand on whether or not atonement is limited or sufficient for all because I honestly don't know.

I'd just like to hear from non-Calvinists as to how they reconcile their view of atonement with the fact that not all people will be saved. Isn't that, by definition, limited atonement? Or is there another explanation?

No such thing as Limited Atonement.

It’s an unbiblical man made doctrine.

And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world.
1 John 2:2

His blood is for the world and the Church.

His blood is not limited in any way.
