there is more but I am tired
Neither Colossians nor Romans say we're born of the spirit at baptism. Give the specific verse or the specific phrase that says that. You always misinterpret those verses to fit your false doctrine. Being born of water is natural childbirth, which any new Christian could see, given the context of Nicodemus first mentioning childbirth. But you take it totally out of context and force it into your false doctrine, which only breeds confusion. There is only one baptism in the NT church? Again, not totally true. There is the Holy Spirit baptizing new believers into the body of Christ (no water needed here - the Holy Spirit doesn't need water to do His work). Then there is the baptism of suffering that Jesus spoke about. There is the Baptism in the Holy Spirit, that Jesus said would fall on His disciples on Pentecost. Then there is water baptism. So what is the "one baptism" that Ephesians 4:5 speaks of? Obviously it is the most important baptism, the one that brings us into the body of Christ, where the Holy Spirit baptizes us into the body of Christ - no water here.

Jesus told Nicodemus he had to break his mothers amniotic fluid and slide through it to be saved?

Really?

5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of HIS MOTHERS AMNIOTIC FLUID and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

Both?

Nobody's denying that Peter commanded them to be baptized. So what's your point?
If you were Peter, would you have commanded Cornelius to be baptized in the name of the Lord?

If you were there as his kin, would you have obeyed and got baptized in the name of the Lord?

You're being a real smart-alec, aren't you? No, He told him that not just physical birth would save him, which by the way, many Jews thought was the case. The sheer fact that they were physically born a Jew was all they needed for salvation - so they thought.
But Jesus told them that they needed not only a physical birth but also a spiritual birth.
Do you understand it now, or do you need a new Christian to explain it to you?

Are you addressing me?

I never stated

Colossians nor Romans says we're born of the spirit at (water) baptism

being born of water could very well refer to natural childbirth

My view exactly

Truther comes in like a bull in a china shop, asks ridiculous questions, which don't even make sense, considering they don't specifically relate to what we're discussing. Take a break Truther, cool down, maybe get a cup of coffee.

Sorry, but we are told, as you have pointed out, that the Spirit comes to dwell in our hearts. He is a spring of living water from within us. But Cornelius did not yet receive this indwelling, because the Spirit fell ON him, not into him. The indwelling, the Spirit welling up within him in life and forgiveness, was received when he was baptized by Peter, just as Acts 2:38, Matt 28:19, and 1 Pet 3:21 say.
Sorry, the gentiles were baptized en the Spirit

Acts 11:16 (ESV) — 16 And I remembered the word of the Lord, how he said, ‘John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.’

and that is saving

John 14:16–17 (ESV) — 16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever, 17 even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you.

This promise Christ received from the father speaks of indwelling and is termed the baptism en the Holy Spirit

Acts 1:4–5 (ESV) — 4 And while staying with them he ordered them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the promise of the Father, which, he said, “you heard from me; 5 for John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now.

The promised Holy Spirit is granted at the baptism en the Holy Spirit

Upon faith the promised Holy Spirit seals one in Christ indwelling him

Eph 1:13In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit

Being sealed in Christ is of course salvatory

Seeing as most here would probably do both no acts skippers here
You are by admission, saying that you would not obey Peter’s command and be baptized in the name of Jesus per Acts 10. The evidence is you have not been baptized in the name of Jesus. Which is obvious that you would tell others don’t worry about it and ignore Peter. That’s what I call fraudulent Christianity.
