The trouble is... there is quite a lack of consensus on most of scriptures.Such only exists in the origins of the Scriptures. Origins that we do not have. Thusly, we have to know manuscripts and word choices in translation to discern and educate ourselves in gaining such knowledge to know God.
Everyone seems to want to claim they know God personally and intimately through the Spirit of God. Often times what is produced in a person's life is contrary to such claims.

Right there is the trouble because too many will argue for or against what any specific word says.... Each making a good case.... and Each then

Sure... when one hears the variations of interpretations one generally follows what will allow a life that is most comfortable for them.

'Perfect' (Gr, teleios) in this verse means, ('that which has reached it's end'), or finished.
* I believe it's end has been reached, for now all is of faith, in the spirit.
* This is another example of the use of the word, so that we can compare Scripture with Scripture::-
'I press toward the mark
for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, (e.g., have reached the end or goal)
be thus minded:
and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded,
God shall reveal even this unto you.'

Human perspective that is not Scripturally accurate nor 'complete'.So is "perfect" in this verse. It also means "complete."

"Thou was 'complete' or "to specification" in thy ways..."
In other words, Lucifer was created "to [God's] specification."
It's the same for all creation, specifically, man:
31 And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day. Gen. 1:30–31.
Again, in other words, "good" also means "to specification" or "good enough" for my purpose.
"Good" does not mean "morally" good. There is another word for "morally" good and it s not ever used in the creation narrative. There is another word for "morally" good and it is not ever used in the creation narrative.
So, with the creation of all things God created they were created "to [His] specification" or "complete" for the purpose He has created them. There is nothing in the universe God created that has any moral qualities to it. But all things God created were "good enough" or [to His] specification" for the purpose to which they were created.
Everything in God's created universe is stamped with what's called "entropy." There is such a thing in existence as the Law of Entropy." This means all things are created to descend into chaos. There is nothing God created that is eternal, holy, or righteous. Everything is created to "die" or descend into chaos.
ONLY GOD is eternal.

Man was created fallen short of the glory of God. The word for that is "sinful" or "missing the mark of the glory of God" - including the angels.

So 'they' the 120 were all together.
if God says something it will be clear and obvious.if God have set, "ORDAIN", speaking in tongues, then who are we to say other wise. 1 Corinthians 12:28 "And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues."
the term "SET" here in verse 28 means, "ORDAIN".

But the LORD is the true God; He is the living God and the everlasting King. At His wrath the earth will tremble, And the nations will not be able to endure His indignation.LOL.
I hold to Isaiah's perspective of God as revealed by God. Once you understand and accept these three tenets of theological understanding of God then the rest should fall into place.
1. There is only ONE God.
2. There is NONE like Him.
3. He gives His glory to NO ONE.
While the singular "glory of God" encompasses the totality of His divine nature and the visible manifestation of His perfection, theological understanding allows us to appreciate this multifaceted splendor through His various attributes. These "glories" are not separate components but rather distinct facets of His one glorious being, revealed to humanity through His creation, actions, and Word.
In applying these glories that are particular to God alone the make-up of man clearly falls short of the glory that is God and the word for that is sin ("missing the mark.")
Sinlessness is a glory of God and incommunicable to man. It is impossible for God to share, give, copy, reduplicate any of His Nature to man. There is only ONE God and there is NONE like Him.
God is the standard by which everything and all things are judged against. Therefore, if man was created sinless by God, then this violates the three tenets of God's Person as revealed by Isaiah. Furthermore, not only does this violate Isaiah's three tenets but also requires that man must also be created possessing ALL the glories of God else he would fall short of God's glory as revealed in His Person and Nature.
