Truth doesn't save, there's nothing to fall away from.
Even devils have the truth.
You can only "fall" from a place you "stood," you can only be "cut off" from something you were "joined" to.
Ah, but you HAVE changed your position, haven't you.

You might want to consider knowing the differences and abandon some of "their" teachings yourself. It shows that you've
No, I reject every single Calvinist distinctive, including the loss of free will after salvation.
Your view of "original sin" is Total Depravity.
That's not a Calvinist distinctive.
More non-Calvinists accept the sin nature than Calvinists.
Jesus' view was "no one is good."
Abraham rejoiced to see "MY DAY'.....
What do you think "T" stands for? Like I said, you believe in Total Depravity.
Reads like a rare case of NOSAS.what about him?
It is not a rare case. All through Scripture we find that if we continually walk in His Light, we are continually cleansed of all sin. But if we reject the Light, we cease to be cleansed. David committed adultery, and then murdered the husband of the woman he got pregnant. But he was not condemned because as soon as he was confronted with his sin he immediately turned back to God. Judas on the other hand, when he was confronted with his sin, turned to more sin in murdering himself.Reads like a rare case of NOSAS.
No one taught that until AugustineThat's not a Calvinist distinctive.

lol typical catholic type of response. You're completely missing the point, but it wasn't really addressed to you.
This kind of argument was in fact started by the rise of Calvinism.
No one before
calvinist believe there has never been free will. No, I reject every single Calvinist distinctive, including the loss of free will after salvation.
In regard to 1 John 1:7, believers were (past tense) once/formerly darkness but are now light in the Lord and we are to walk as children of light. (Ephesians 5:8) Walking in darkness is 'descriptive' of children of the devil. Walking in the light is 'descriptive' of children of God.It is not a rare case. Indeed, we are to WALK in the Light, not sit idly by. And if those who were once walking in Light, cease to walk in Light, then they cease to be cleansed by Christ. In regard to 1 John 1:7, believers were (past tense) once/formerly darkness but are now light in the Lord and we are to walk as children of light. Not your day, lol.
Jesus' day.

Jesus' view was "no one is good," which is T.
this is putting people back under the law you might as well go back to OT times and start sacrificing animals again. Because Christ will not come to be sacrificed againIndeed, we are to WALK in the Light, not sit idly by. And if those who were once walking in Light, cease to walk in Light, then they cease to be cleansed by Christ.
No one taught that until Augustine
There is no sin nature and no total depravity in scripture. That started with Augustine
Again. Jesus said that Abraham was good. In fact, Jesus said John the Baptist was good. "The greatest born among woman".
