Yup - Calvinism teaches "UNCONDITIONAL" which would be "Arbitrary" (although they deny that).
Romans 9 only says that God shows mercy to "Some", and hardens others.
It's all unimportant anyway. A person doesn't know before the fact that they're elect, and neither does the evangelist. ALL Born Again CHRISTIANS are "elect", since they wouldn't BE Christians otherwise.
Calvinism does, the bible does not
It makes a big difference in the gospel you preach

Gentile is a non-Hebrew, non-covenant person.
ALL the three covenants are with a people known as Hebrews.
Or children of Israel (Mosaic) and the House of Israel (New.)
Jesus died to save His people (Matt. 1:21.)

You ignored the fact the rejected were also of the same ethnicity
and that gentiles participate in the new covenant being

That's not a covenant.
THIS is a covenant: Notice who's making it and with whom and take notice of the language:
7 And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee. Gen. 17:7.
Is there anything in the so-called New Testament Scripture God saying anything like this or resembling this?
Sorry but the gentiles received covenant promises given to Abraham and partook of the New covenant

Great it also did not ensure all physical descendants of Abraham would be in the covenant
