PG is not about making everyone hear the gospel; it is about God setting the stage that all men might be saved! The gospel through the Holy Spirit, can reach anyone in any situation. All men are capable of being saved if they believe.

What's the point of prevenient grace for those God knows will never hear the gospel? He could ensure everyone does but He doesn't.

God blinded men to prevent their belief. Why would god blind someone who had no ability to see?
Luke notes had men not grown hardened they could have believed

They wish to take the credit for their faith. Paul says in all things give thanks. Except for your faith apparently. He also asks, "what do you have you have not recieved"? The Pelagians would say my faith of course.
