John ran out of 'white out' and had to leave it as such until the jehovee whitless show up and change it to "a god"Looks like John never received the unitarian memo when he wrote "the Word was God" in John 1:1.

The message (logos) was God and that message was in writing and that message was with Jesus. Messages do not become living creatures. This should have been taught in second grade.Looks like John never received the unitarian memo when he wrote "the Word was God" in John 1:1.

To be fair, there are Unitarians who believe Jesus is God the Father.
I wouldn't classify the various "Oneness" beliefs as being Unitarianism.
No idea what you're talking about. We Christians believe that Jesus is the Son of God and Messiah. It seems you're trying to tell us we don't believe that. I normally would laugh and move on at what is obviously a joke, but in you're case I think you're serious.
May I ask you what the gospel is?
I beleive I rejected the Trinity, I didn't reject the Binity. If you're referring to John 1:1, all arguments and interpretations aside, and just take the words for what they say then that's a Binity.
Your post above is 'sadly' prophetic for manySo we can just ignore everything you say because your words die with you.......
Relative to Eternal things, words never pass away. They never cease. They are always true.
While you're stuck in the second grade, others move on....
There humans who can say they are God according to Psalm 82:6 and several other verses. The capitalization is totally subjective based on translator bias.Looks like John never received the unitarian memo when he wrote "the Word was God" in John 1:1.
Yes Jesus is my Lord who told me the Father is the only true God (John 17:3) and that he and his disciples have the same God (John 20:17) and to pray to only the Father (Matthew 6:6,9) and worship only the Father (John 4:23,24).Luk 16:13 No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.
So who is your Master? Is Christ your Master or not?
The Scriptures do not say "pray only to the Father"Yes Jesus is my Lord who told me the Father is the only true God (John 17:3) and that he and his disciples have the same God (John 20:17) and to pray to only the Father (Matthew 6:6,9) and worship only the Father (John 4:23,24).
I see that Jesus is not your Lord or else you would be obeying what he commanded you.
There are no other teachings by Jesus about who to pray to. He explicitly said "When you pray... pray to your Father" and "This is how you should pray: ‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name."The Scriptures do not say "pray only to the Father"
JESUS Says: whatever you ask in MY NAMEThere are no other teachings by Jesus about who to pray to. He explicitly said "When you pray... pray to your Father" and "This is how you should pray: ‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name."
Praying to or worshipping a trinity is not what anyone taught in the Bible.
Do you also not follow the teachings of Jesus?
Asking in the name of Jesus is ok as long as when you pray you are praying to your Father.JESUS Says: whatever you ask in MY NAME
No one comes to the FATHER but thru ME
Have you obeyed the FATHER in obeying The Lord Jesus Christ???Asking in the name of Jesus is ok as long as when you pray you are praying to your Father.
Is this how you pray?
Mathew 6
6But when you pray, go into your inner room, shut your door, and pray to your Father, who is unseen. And your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
7And when you pray, do not babble on like pagans, for they think that by their many words they will be heard. 8Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him.
9So then, this is how you should pray:
‘Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be Your name.

Here is why the definition is so important. Logos #3056 (Word) denotes (I) "the expression of thought" as embodying a conception or idea. λόγος lógos, is something said (including the thought). So Word (logos) means expression of thought. If you use this everywhere "Word" is used it makes sense. So in John 1:1 the word is not Jesus. John 1:14 NASB And the Word became flesh,... God's expression of thought or plan became flesh.
Asking in the name of Jesus is ok as long as when you pray you are praying to your Father.
