Appears one of us has a contradictory translation(s)...Rom 3:22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faithofin Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
Gal 2:16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faithofin Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.
Php 3:9 And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faithofin Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:
For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect?
Romans 3:3
God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.
1 Corinthians 1:9
There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
1 Corinthians 10:13
But as God is true, our word toward you was not yea and nay.
2 Corinthians 1:18
Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.
1 Thessalonians 5:24
But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil.
2 Thessalonians 3:3
Don't miss this one now...
If WE BELIEVE NOT, yet HE ABIDETH FAITHFUL: HE CANNOT DENY HIMSELF.
2 Timothy 2:13
The verses above highlight that God's faithfulness is unwavering, regardless of our own faithfulness.
This same faithfulness of God applies to His chosen people, Israel...
Israel To Be Renewed For His Name's Sake
Ezekiel 36:22-28
Therefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord GOD; I do not this for your sakes, O house of Israel, but for mine holy name's sake, which ye have profaned among the heathen, whither ye went.
And I will sanctify my great name, which was profaned among the heathen, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the heathen shall know that I am the LORD, saith the Lord GOD, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes.
For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land.
Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.
A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.
And ye shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and ye shall be my people, and I will be your God.
The last three verses are in regards to the New Covenant God will make w/ them.
New Covenant = born again, non-apostate Israel.
