Who is Jesus?

The apostle John did: John 5:18 This is the apostle John speaking: "For this reason therefore the Jews were seeking all the more to kill Him, because He not only was breaking the Sabbath, but also was calling God His own Father (that means the Son of God), making Himself EQUAL with God."
So He was saying that He was equivalent to God.
Again, there's no teaching on this anywhere in the Bible. No pages or a few chapters. Only twisted verses scattered around that make no sense.
“but also was calling God his own Father, making himself equal with God.” This verse shows us that Jesus knew who he was and what he was doing. Some theologians teach that Jesus either never claimed to be the promised Messiah, or that he only took on the role of Messiah when he realized that the people thought he was the Messiah. But the truth is that Mary and Joseph knew Jesus was the Messiah and raised Jesus that way, and every indication in Scripture is that Jesus knew he was the Messiah, taught that to his disciples, and lived his life in obedience to the will of his heavenly Father.

Some Trinitarians claim that John 5:18 is evidence that Jesus was God because it speaks of Jesus making himself equal with God. But that is not what the verse is saying. The people in the time and culture of the Bible knew that children often carried the authority of the family. For example, the son of a king had great authority. The Jews knew that if Jesus was claiming that God was his Father, then he was also claiming to be the Messiah, and had authority both in this age and in the age to come.

Actually, John 5:18 is unsupportive of the doctrine of the Trinity. It accurately records that Jesus was saying that “God” was his father, not that he was himself God, or that he was “God the Son.” Jesus’ authority came from the fact that he was the Son of God, not God Himself.

Jesus is the son of IEUE
who came to this earth through the same path as we,
but willingly taking that step down...
and passing through what is Daniel's oven
which is the torture of us after the fall
when Adam turned us over to the Demon nations
(in the other reality.)

Jesus took a huge step down,
incarnating in this underworld dungeon
(where we are imprisoned since then
on this earth not made by God)
and he making it Possible At All
for us to escape from here,
and meet Christ on the clouds soon,
and be restored to our eden paradise, soon,
which all the sons will rebuild with Christ...
Lovely

GINOLJC, to all.
people, people, people, please Listen and LEARN. the Lord Jesus is "GOD" .... himself, shared in flesh .... equally. this is what's called the ECHAD, the Hebrew term H259. and this equally sharing of his "OWN SELF" is clearly understood in the definition of H259 ECHAD. listen to the definition,
Deuteronomy 6:4 "Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD:"
the term "ONE" is the Hebrew word,
H259 אֶחָד 'echad (ech-awd') adj.
1. (properly) united, i.e. one.
2. (as an ordinal) first.
[a numeral from H258]
KJV: a, alike, alone, altogether, and, any(-thing), apiece, a certain, (dai-)ly, each (one), + eleven, every, few, first, + highway, a man, once, one, only, other, some, together.
Root(s): H258

notice definition #2 above. 101G is using the Mickelson's Enhanced Strong's Dictionaries of the Greek and Hebrew Testaments. definition #2 says it all about God as "ONE" ....... he is the ORDINAL of himself in flesh the EQUAL SHARE of himself. supportive scripture, Isaiah 63:5 "And I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold: therefore mine own arm brought salvation unto me; and my fury, it upheld me." HIS "OWN" ARM?"...... not a separate ARM, not a distinct ARM, but HIS, HIS, own ARM meaning HIM. he is HIM shared equally in human flesh, now resurrected in glorified flesh. the NEW MAN. this is just too easy not to miss. the "UNITY" is in "EQUALLY SHARING" of one's own self. BINGO.

now read Isaiah chapter 53, and please notice the very first verse. and see his OWN ARM in ACTION.

Why do you see stuff that is not there concerning The LORD our God is one LORD? The word "Lord" was another name for God. There are many descriptions, titles, and names for God in the Bible and I would like to add God’s proper name is “Yahweh” which occurs more than 6,000 times in the Hebrew Old Testament and is generally translated as “LORD.” But God is also referred to as Elohim, Adonai, El Shaddai, the Ancient of Days, the Holy One of Israel, Father, Shield, and by many more designations. Furthermore, God is holy (Leviticus 11:44), which is why He was called “the Holy One” (the Hebrew text uses the singular adjective “holy” to designate “the Holy One." He is also spirit (John 4:24). It makes perfect sense since God is holy and God is spirit that “Holy”and “Spirit” are sometimes combined and used as one of the many designations for God.

You just get done reading that the apostle John tells us that Jesus made Himself equal with God, and then deny that the Bible teaches us that Jesus is God. Then you claim that those verses that tell us that Jesus is God are "twisted and scattered around and they make no sense". That description of the word of God is quite derogatory. If that's how you feel about those verses, it's no wonder that you either deny them or totally ignore them, which also explains your mistaken theology.
You want pages or a few chapters. Sorry, but you don't always get what you want. You either accept what God's word says or you reject it. Obviously, you have chosen the latter.

The reason there's no pages, chapters or even a couple of paragraphs teaching the trinity is because there is no trinity. You have to take bits and pieces of half verses scattered all over the Bible to try and teach a trinity. If there really was a trinity God would have clearly had it taught. And He did not do that.

You mean the same way He used pages, chapters and even a couple of paragraphs to teach us that He was the Messiah, the Son of God?

When you get to heaven, you'll have plenty of time to tell God what He should have done.

I don't need to tell God He should have taught something that is not there. I already know He does not teach what's not there.

ok, answer me this. "God, the one Spirit, the ONE TRUE GOD was G2758 κενόω kenoo (ke-no-ō'), according to Philippians 2:7 "But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:" now, how much of the "ONE" Spirit was G2758 κενόω kenoo (ke-no-ō')?

was it 1/3, (for the Son) or 1/2 of the Spirit, or all of the Spirit that was G2758 κενόω kenoo (ke-no-ō') while in flesh. remember he, the Lord Jesus is EQUAL ... "WITH" God, per Philippians 2:6. so tell us how much of the "ONE" Spirit was G2758 κενόω kenoo (ke-no-ō') to come in flesh your answer please.

One cannot sit at their own right hand--its you who are in error.
right hand is not a physical location, it means in POWER, please look this up.
and two how can he sit physical at any right when there is only one throne? Revelation 4:2 "And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne." a, a, a, a, throne.... meaning one throne and only one God who sits. so that want fly.

I only speak English and so I don't know what G2758 κενόω kenoo (ke-no-ō') is. But I understand the equal word. Is there some reason you think Jesus is equal with God? Is that what you think Philippians 2:6 says?

“Considering being equal with God not something to be grasped at.”

Translated that way, the phrase is a powerful argument against the Trinity. If Jesus were God, then it would make no sense at all to say that he did not “grasp” at equality with God because no one grasps at equality with himself. It only makes sense to compliment someone for not seeking equality when he is not equal. Some Trinitarians say, “Well, he was not grasping for equality with the Father.” That is not what the verse says. It says Christ did not grasp at equality with God, which makes the verse nonsense if he were God.

My point is Peter said you are the Christ (Messiah) the son of God. Peter did not say you are God or the deity or part of a God man.
And as the Disciples became more mature in the faith, that statement turned into "My Lord and My God!" Let's see what excuse you come up with to deny this

I have a lot of questions about Jesus and the bible answers them all. Who do you say he is?

Who is the seed (offspring) of the woman who crushes the head of Satan?
Jesus Christ.
Who is the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob that will eventually bless all nations?
That inheritance of which part is the blessing of all "nations" refers first to the twelve sons of Jacob and their descendants; and, "all nations" is limited to those descendants that are Abraham's seed through Ishmael (twelve sons and their descendants), and Esau (who as the older gave up his birthright for a bowl of food to Jacob, who as prophesied was the younger and would head the family to whom the Promise was made. The reason why "nations" refers to Abraham's seed through Ishmael and Abraham's grandson, Esau, is because of its use in Genesis 17:

6 And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee (meaning Abraham.)
Gen. 17:6.

and

16 And I will bless her, and give thee a son also of her: yea, I will bless her, and she shall be a mother of nations; kings of people shall be of her.
Gen. 17:16.

"Nations" later came to refer to Gentiles or non-Hebrew Gentiles completely unassociated with Abraham's seed but are descendant of Ham and Japheth, Noah's other two sons and (Shem being the family line from which was separated to God and through whom Abram the Hebrew was born.)

Sarah was the married niece of Abraham from the same family line of Eber (Gen. 10:21-32; 11:10-26.) Here, "nations" cannot mean "non-Hebrew Gentiles" because it would be quite impossible for a non-Hebrew Gentile to be born of two Hebrew parents. So, look for the language changes in Scripture as seen here to make correct conclusions of word meanings and their use.
Who is the “prophet like Moses” of whom God says, “You must listen to him”?
Jesus of Nazareth from the tribe of Judah.
Who is the one crucified?
Jesus bar Joseph (along with two others on either side of Jesus during His crucifixion, but you asked about the "one.")
Who is the child that is God and will have an everlasting kingdom?
The King of the Jews Jesus Christ, the Son of God.
Who was crushed and pierced for our transgressions?
Jesus of Nazareth.
Upon whom did the Lord lay the iniquity of all mankind?
Jesus, the Son of God.
Who is the righteous Branch, the wise King, who will be called “the Lord our righteousness”?
Jesus the Christ.
Who is the “Anointed One” to be “cut off” after 483 years?
Jesus Messiah from Nazareth.
Who is the one who is eternal, who will be the ruler over Israel, who is born in Bethlehem Ephrathah?
Jesus bar Joseph.
Who is Jehovah, “the one they have pierced,” for whom Jerusalem and all the nation of Israel will weep and mourn?
Jesus bar Joseph.
No one can deny that the Bible itself claims to be the unique revelation of God: “All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work”2 Timothy 3:16-17
Correct-o-mundo.
Scripture is first and foremost for doctrine.
That Scripture being the Hebrew Scripture of Law, Psalms, and Prophets.

I speak English too. so, get an ENGLISH Dictionary and look up the term, no reputation in Philippians 2:7 "But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:" and it means,
G2758 κενόω kenoo (ke-no-ō') v.
1. to make empty.
2. (figuratively) to abase, neutralize, falsify.

[from G2756]
KJV: make (of none effect, of no reputation, void), be in vain
Root(s): G2756

this is plain English. now to understand this neutralization, or to be made EMPTY. we need to Go to Hebrews 2:9 "But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man."

this is why he, JESUS was made LOWER, or was neutralize or to be made EMPTY according to Philippians 2:7. now the revelation that 101G asked you....... if the Lord Jesus was MADE LOWER that the angels, then before, he had to be HIGHER than the angels before, correct. now there are only three entities, God, the angels, and us humans. now deductive reasoning, it reveals that the Lord Jesus had to be God, in order to be MADE LOWER that the angels.

so my original question still stands. "HOW MUCH OF THE ONE SPIRIT WAS G2758 κενόω kenoo (ke-no-ō'), (see the definition above), or was MADE ENPTY in order for the Lord JESUS to come in flesh? your answer please.

Don't get ahead of me because I'm still on Philippians 2:7. Are you saying that the son of God who is the Messiah did not want to make a big deal about himself means he's God? How does that make sense?
