Of course, he is a Jew 'outwardly.' He is a seed of Abraham and God has covenant with Abraham and his seed, and everlasting covenant as described in Genesis 17:

7 And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee. Genesis 17:7.

Unless you're going to contradict God and say it isn't "everlasting" as the text says or that a circumcised Hebrew is not in the Abrahamic Covenant?

And Saul is correct, the circumcision he is speaking of is of the 'life' not the penis. But still God has an everlasting covenant with Abraham and his seed in which God directed Abraham to circumcise the flesh (making the person in the covenant) and God circumcising the 'life' (making the person in the New Covenant.) And that one is also between God, Abraham, and his seed who are the children of Israel. Everlasting. Forever.

When the Second Jewish Temple was destroyed and God began to save Gentiles He meant for them to enjoy the blessings of Him. Instead Gentiles began to steal Israel's covenants and began to steal Israel's biblical terminology of identification such as stealing their word "Church" which identifies Israel and God "calling them out" of Egypt.
Gentiles have committed theft of Israel's inheritance and have made everything having to do with salvation their own.
But very soon the Times of the Gentiles will end with the destruction of Gentile nations and God will judge the Constantinian Gentile church. If I'm not mistaken Gentile Christians live in these Gentile nations. The only warning from God is 'be prepared.'

the church is a Spiritual Matter, which is called a body metaphorically. his Physical body is a matter also that have Spiritual implications also, i.e. a sacrifice. and two the body he died in was not the body he rose in. three, the church is not the seed of Abraham, Christ is, and we are housed in HIM by faith. and fourth, Christ is the OFFSPRING of David.

Let's be clear Christ rose for His Church and His Church is Israel, the Great Congregation began in the desert at the time of the Tabernacle and now continued in the Spirit on the day of Pentecost when 3000 Jews were born-again by the Holy Spirit of Promise. Christ began that day to build His Church as He promised and halted it at the destruction of the Second Jewish Temple.
Gentiles who are born again are a church (Greek: "called out [ones]") but not a Church of covenant as Israel is.

Third, Saul is speaking about keeping the Law of Moses and turns to discuss being born of the Spirit which makes a Jew outwardly also a Jew inwardly. And since it was God's plan to save His covenant people in the process of time (as opposed to all-in-one day) in time and for four decades Jews were populating the Church Christ was building along with circumcised, committed Gentile proselytes and uncircumcised Gentile God-Fearers.
Fourth, since God is a covenant/promise keeper and saves because He's promised to save those in covenant who's to say that if you are truly born-again that somewhere in history you have Abraham's DNA in your family. Israel was scattered to the four winds. It's not impossible. It can even be probable knowing God keeps covenant with Abraham and if one has Abraham's DNA even in the minutest atom you are born again then it's because you have his DNA in you. All I know is what I've been saying for a long time, there is no record or evidence in the Hebrew Scripture of Law, Psalms, and Prophets of God making covenant with Gentiles.
