We have the same human nature our original parents were created with but we don't have the same bodies the Lord formed and built for them. The sin nature is another law in the flesh (Rom.7:23), a law that God did not create, a law that leads to corruption and death.

No "Explanation" required. Physical death has no relationship to SPIRITUAL death which is what Adam experienced. living things die - period. Angeline (my firstborn) died of hyaline membrane about 4 hours out, when she was born too early in a rural Ohio Hospital unequipped to handle such things. Adam didn't die physically until he was 930. His HUMAN NATURE never changed, and only TWO THINGS were cursed in the "fall". the serpent, and the Environment (for Adam's sake).

Every Human Born INCLUDING ADAM AND EVE has /had a HUMAN NATURE, which never changed. Adam and Eve died SPIRITUALLY instantly when they SINNED - just like we all do. Jesus had the SAME HUMAN NATURE as all of us, but HE NEVER LET HIS LUST "Conceive" and result in sinful actions.
 
adam did not die physically, physically in terms of the original creation by God and the body made by God.

But he did die to God and went to the enemy, where he remains.

Adam will die soon though.

human nature in eden paradise is not a thing like the current physicality.

FAQ: If Eve's altered moral perception wasn't due to the fruit, nor due to Adam's
body, then what?

REPLY: Mr. Serpent is the logical source, a.k.a. the Devil (Rev 20:2) He has the
power of death (Heb 2:14) and the ability to tamper with the human body and the
human mind in ways not easily detected; e.g. Luke 13:16, Mark 5:1-5, and Eph 2:2.

The Serpent was apparently all set and ready to wield his power the moment that
Adam crossed the line and ate that fruit. It amazes me how quickly it takes effect.
Not long after Adam tasted the fruit, he and his wife both immediately set to work
cobbling together some rudimentary aprons to cover up their pelvic areas.

FAQ: Why wasn't the woman effected by the Serpent's power when she tasted the
forbidden fruit?

REPLY: It was apparently God's decision that if sin and death were to come into the
world, they would come via a lone male's actions just as life and righteousness
would later be offered to the world via a lone male's actions. (Rom 5:12-21)

FAQ: When does the Serpent go to work on people. . . in the womb or out of the
womb?

REPLY: Adam and his wife demonstrate that it can be done on adults, but I'm
guessing that for most of us it's in the womb. (Ps 51:5 & 58:3)

** I really have to hand it to the Serpent; he's very good at shifting blame away
from himself. For quite a few years now it's been traditional to believe parents
propagate the fallen nature; when it's been the Serpent all along. Jesus' statement:
"You are of your father the Devil" wasn't idle slander; rather, it was 100% fact.
(John 8:44)

How the Serpent has managed to deceive so many people for so long a time I don't
know, but what's really ironic about it is that there are people behind pulpits, and
chairing whole Sunday school departments, helping him do it as unsuspecting accomplices;
which goes to show that if an idea is repeated often enough, widely enough, and
loud enough by people held in high enough esteem; pretty soon it's accepted by the
masses as fact without thought or question. (the Asch Conformity Phenomenon)

Here's a thought.
The sin nature is passed through the man.

It's done this way because God told Adam to not eat the fruit.
Adam ate, and later God held him primarily responsible.
Subsequent descriptions of culpability is seen in the Law.

When Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruit.
They sinned. Adonai could have demanded justice for their sin and allowed them to physically die immediately. Adonai tempered His justice with mercy and allowed them to physically die gradually.

Hebrews 2:14–17 (KJV 1900) — 14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; 15 And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. 16 For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham. 17 Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.

Man wasn't "Born a sinner". when he SINNED, he BECAME A SINNER - just like you did.

IEUE (God) did not punish them. They went to the enemy realm, did not die. Still are alive. You are relying on the corrupt scroll. I am referring to eden in the other world and the enemy realm in the other world and the body God made, there. Not the ape body we now have (here) and which God did not create on this current foreign earth God did not create. We are a million miles from Home!

You are quoting esau's corrupt scroll. His words were never written down. When they were written it was after the OT fathers (now on this earth) had cursed themselves, ignored his prophets. The vision was sealed.
