The KJV extensively makes use of the Greek OT. I can prove it but I doubt you'll accept it.

The ESV is a better choice relative to the Hebrew OT in English. You might also consider the Jewish Orthodox edition from Goble. Just be consistent. I don't understand why you'd appeal to the KJV and not accept what it says.
