The New Covenant was PRIOR to the Law and Old Covenant

The church that Jesus saved obeyed Acts 2:38 starting at Pentecost.

The modern church that disobeys Acts 2:38 has no remission of sins.
The Church Jesus saved, He obeyed and they were saved, made righteous Rom 5:19

For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

According to this scripture, how shall the many be made righteous ?

no church mentioned in that passage so once again you are adding to scripture.

How to be intitially made righteous....

38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

40 And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.

41 Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

Many were made righteous by the obedience of ONE Rom 5:19

Gods saints receive His Word Deut 33:3

Yea, he loved the people; all his saints are in thy hand: and they sat down at thy feet; every one shall receive of thy words.

The disciples save judas, were saved because they received Christs words as evidence Jn 17:8

For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me.

I'll say it again, just in case some are hard of hearing...

The NEW Covenant was PRIOR to the giving of the law and the old covenant. How do those in Christ know this?

It's simple, by study of what Apostle Paul taught, and by looking at the Old Testament Book examples of the appearance of Lord Jesus to Abraham in his day. Come with me in Galatians 3 by Apostle Paul, and learn by line upon line coverage, which is the only way to really learn God's written Word...
100% correct. but one can go to the OT and prove it out from the book of Job, just for starters. Job 1:1 "There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil."
Now, the LORD said this about Job. Job 2:3 "And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause."

Here the term "upright" in the Hebrew is
H3477 יָשָׁר yashar (yaw-shawr') adj.
straight.
{literally or figuratively}
[from H3474]
KJV: convenient, equity, Jasher, just, meet(-est), + pleased well right(-eous), straight, (most) upright(-ly, -ness).
Root(s): H3474

the KJV of the bible can translate this word as "JUST" which is short for JUSTIFICATION, which means declared Righteous. before Israel was even a Nation, men were RIGHTIOUS before God. and also note JOB was a "son of God". also. Job 1:3 "His substance also was seven thousand sheep, and three thousand camels, and five hundred yoke of oxen, and five hundred she asses, and a very great household; so that this man was the greatest of all the men of the east."
