THE NEW COVENANT INITIATED

Peter is speaking to Jews at a Jewish Feast. There are no Gentiles there.
are you sure? Acts 2:6 "Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language." Acts 2:7 "And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another, Behold, are not all these which speak Galilaeans?" Acts 2:8 "And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born?" Acts 2:9 "Parthians, and Medes, and Elamites, and the dwellers in Mesopotamia, and in Judaea, and Cappadocia, in Pontus, and Asia," Acts 2:10 "Phrygia, and Pamphylia, in Egypt, and in the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and strangers of Rome, Jews and proselytes," are proselytes natural born Jews?

John 12:20 "And there were certain Greeks among them that came up to worship at the feast:"

you really don't know your bible .... do you?

I know. That's to whom Jesus sent His disciples to in Acts 1. To the twelve tribes scattered throughout the then-known world. Mostly in Gentile lands. But they didn't leave immediately. Not even persecution sent by God could get them on the road and out of Jerusalem (Acts 8:1.)
Took over eight years.

A Jewish Feast populated by Jews. Many from Gentile lands where they were scattered and didn't return when Cyrus let them.
The Magi were Jews from Babylon.

Gentiles did not attend Jewish Feasts.
They were not in Covenant and were carried away by their dumb idols.

You see, the twelve tribes were represented at the Jewish Feast of Harvests.

14 But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judaea (two southern kingdom tribes), and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words: Acts 2:14.

22 Ye men of Israel (ten northern kingdom tribes), hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know: Acts 2:22.

Yup.

And if you can't acknowledge this I'm done here. I particularly disdain those who say the are Christians and reject the Word of God. I have better things to do and I'm going to go do one right now.
