The Incarnation disproves Total Depravity and sin nature

It's indicated in the words "no man can come" that denotes inability, and it's in spiritual inability
nope the context disproves your view.

those who ALREADY listen and learn from the Father ( believers ) are the same ones who are drawn and come.

nothing to do with total depravity.

nope its the exact opposite- its the reason why they are drawn and come.
No it's not, the objective is the same in verse 44 as well in verse 45 which is to come to Jesus or believe on him, so the drawing includes the means to the end which is to come to Jesus, believe on him. How can you believe on Christ before you learn about him?
